How Joe Biden Made It Easier For The Government To Spy On You

“There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.”โ€• Ayn Rand

On October 7th Joe Biden issued an executive order which effectively allows the US government to spy on you.

No more warrants are needed.

The Executive Order of October 7, 2022 (Enhancing Safeguards for United States Signals Intelligence Activities), establishes enhanced safeguards for United States signals intelligence activities that supersede the safeguards for personal information collected through signals intelligence established by Presidential Policy Directive 28 of January 17, 2014 (Signals Intelligence Activities) (PPD-28)

The executive order is packaged by the White House and the party media as a “data protection” and “privacy-enhancing” executive order.

Remember the “anti-inflation” bill?

Lying shamelessly works.

If it works why mess with it?

The order revokes the original “privacy shield” Executive Order 12333 aimed at restricting spying on Americans and issues a new version, missing an interesting little piece.

Privacy and civil liberties shall be integral considerations in the planning of U.S. signals intelligence activities. The United States shall not collect signals intelligence for the purpose of suppressing or burdening criticism or dissent, or for disadvantaging persons based on their ethnicity, race, gender, sexual orientation, or religion. Signals intelligence shall be collected exclusively where there is a foreign intelligence or counterintelligence purpose to support national and departmental missions and not for any other purposes.

Executive order in 2014

“The Executive Order establishes enhanced safeguards in recognition that signals intelligence activities must be conducted in a manner that takes into account that all persons should be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their nationality or wherever they might reside, and that all persons have legitimate privacy interests in the handling of their personal information”

Executive order in 2022

Both of these statements say the same thing minus the following:

“The United States shall not collect signals intelligence for the purpose of suppressing or burdening criticism or dissent.”

The one singular line that made spying on domestic opposition illegal.

Granted it was ignored by the Obama administration itself (see spying on Trump Tower) as well as every alphabet agency in the book including the Postal Service (these friendly guys ran the intelligence network monitoring the 2020 elections and protests, besides working hard on getting the right mail-in ballots to the right mail in ballot trash cans).

But at least in theory spying on American citizens by the American government was not kosher.

Not anymore.

To improve privacy and personal freedom.

For safety and security.

Of course.

Let’s take a closer look at under which circumstances the new executive order “protecting privacy and data security” allows warrantless spying on Americans.

“1. Understanding or accessing the capabilities, or activities of a foreign government, a foreign military,a faction of a foreign nation, foreign-based political organization, or AN ENTITY ACTING ON BEHALF OF or controlled by any such foreign government, military, faction or political organization in order to protect the national security of the United States and its allies and partners”

Anyone accused by the regime of acting on behalf of foreign opposition or endangering the interests of the above-mentioned regime.

Not convicted. Not proven. Just accused.

Do you remember Trump and Russia collusion squealed about on every news station and by every government apparatchik?

Fully legal to spy on him, the administration he leads, as well as anyone who acts in support of him.

It doesn’t say “an entity that’s part of a foreign organization.”

An entity that acts on behalf of anyone whose actions benefit the opposition can be described in that way.

So far it was the Canadian truckers, American truckers, J6 political prisoners, and anyone unhappy with the Ukrainian money laundering operation, oops, I mean war in Ukraine.

Anyone who questions the 2020 elections. Anyone who opposes grooming our kids.

Let’s not forget the evil parents trying to undermine the glory of our brainwashing system, I mean, the school system, and removing pedophilia and racism from our schools.

If their actions warranted FBI investigation surely they are acting to the benefit of an enemy.

“3. Understanding or accessing transnational threats that impact global security, including CLIMATE and other ecological change, PUBLIC HEALTH RISKS, humanitarian threats, political instability, and geological rivalry.”

Anyone not in sync with the fake climate change, the next plandemic, humanitarian threats, or political instability is lit up in green.

Do you know what’s the most stable political system? The NWO that’s offered by Charles Schwab. Any system not rigidly controlled from the top is by definition politically unstable and based on geological rivalry.

Competition drives civilization. Centralized control destroys it.

If you don’t support NWO, you’re promoting instability and geopolitical rivalry.

You’re ok to spy on.

Climate change? You drove today or ate? Your cow farted? Are you wearing shoes that were made in a factory that used energy?

If the official line is that “climate change” is caused by us living, driving, eating, and producing CO2 by exhaling each and every one of us is impacting climate change by simply existing.

It’s legal to spy on you as long as you’re contributing to climate change.

Not sure about the effectiveness of vaccines, the world-ending consequences of shlong pox, or the plandemics to follow? You are a health risk.

Do you remember the White House declaring gun violence as an “epidemic?” What about “racism?”

If are you talking about AR-15s or race hustlers, bringing up the insane crime rate difference between white and black males, or a member of a gun forum-you are obstructing our efforts to defeat the gun and racism epidemics.

it’s absolutely legal to spy on you.

It’s legal to spy on you as long as you are alive.

10. Protecting against transnational criminal threats including illicit finance…”

Do you recall Trudeau and the Frozen Reich freezing donations to GiveSendGo?

Well, if you donated, you are complicit in financing international crime.

If you donated to Israel, South African farmers, Yazidis, Christians in the Middle East, or Iranian people trying to shake the yoke of fundamentalist Islam off their necks -you are contributing to the financing of international crime.

After all, the Ayatollah declared them insurrectionists and declared Israel the Little Satan.

And if you haven’t committed a crime? Well citizen, how are we gonna know that you haven’t if we don’t spy on you?

Wondering why the flying heck should you care about something some tinpot metrosexual Canadian tyrant or his Middle Eastern camel molesting equivalent declares a crime in a country you have nothing to do with?

Don’t worry citizen, we got you covered!

You are committing an international crime by supporting them.

Your rights are gone.

“1. ….to protect the national security of the United States and its allies and partners”

Not just allies. Partners.

Did you realize that we are “partners” with Iran in “protecting the stability of the Middle East” as the White House claims?

Or that criticizing Islam or transexuals in almost every country in Europe comes with years-long jail sentences?

Do you know how they justify that?

How Trudeau described the protests?

“We need law and order. Our country is at risk now.”

A threat to the cohesiveness and to the peace of society. A threat to the security of the state.

So even if you did not collect money for the Freedom Convoy but simply said something in support of them, you are a threat to the security of our allies and partners.

You are ok to spy on.

Warrants are so 20th century.

“11. protecting the integrity of elections and political process, government property, and united states infrastructure”

Self-explanatory.

You’re one of the gun-toting, Bible-thumping 80 million who knew their vote was stolen?

Well, my dear Deplorable, you are fighting against the integrity of elections. You hear that daily from every Marxist politician running the country.

You are ok to spy on.

Anyone the government sees worth spying on or discovered worth spying on after collecting and sifting through terabytes of our data is legal to spy on.

Literally anyone.

But hey, if for some reason, somehow, somewhere, some super-lawyer finds a loophole – we got that covered!

“B. The president may authorize updates to the list of objectives in light of new national security imperatives… The director of national intelligence shall publicly release any updates… unless the president determines that doing so will pose risk to national security.”

The president can at his discretion change or add any reason to legally spy on Americans he would like.

And if those reasons might upset people spied upon?

No worries.

The president can also at his discretion order not to release those changes to the public.

Risk to national security you know.

Can’t let the great unwashed meddle in things above their pay grade.

The new rules appear to limit data collection but instead, they are specifying that ANY collection is legal.

The new rules don’t limit collection. They establish an impenetrable shield against those looking to question any data collection done by the government.
