Michelle Malkin & The Passing of the Torch

Earlier this week, Michelle Malkin announced her retirement from the political sphere.

After thirty years of syndicated writing, speeches, and media appearances, Malkin is ending her illustrious career as one of the most influential figures in the modern conservative movement. In her career as a political commentator, Michelle Malkin wrote thousands of columns, published multiple bestselling books, and appeared on numerous media platforms—such as Fox News, Newsmax, the Blaze, and more.

Despite her success, Malkin never sold out to the conservative media establishment or the American regime. She stood up for America First values even when it was unpopular.

Malkin pushed against open borders and mass immigration in the 2000s—even when many Republicans parroted Koch Brothers talking-points in support of mass immigration. She called out RINOs like the Bush family and John McCain in her fiery 2019 CPAC speech. She withstood constant smears and blacklisting from the far-Left media, Big Tech companies, and the conservative establishment.

Michelle Malkin certainly served as a true America First patriot for three decades. She deserves gratitude for the immensely positive impact she made on countless Americans and young conservatives across the nation—including myself.

Personally, Malkin served as a major influence in my own political writing career. Her 2019 book Open Borders Inc in particular encouraged me to write about the pressing national issues of mass immigration, border security, and national sovereignty.

So many fantastic passages exist in this book. However, I decided to share the closing paragraph of Open Borders Inc since it encapsulates the situation American patriots find themselves in currently:

“If citizens sit back and wait for others to do the work that American politicians, CEOs, and other purported leaders won’t do, we have no one to blame but ourselves for the demise of our country and the destruction of our children’s future.”

Michelle Malkin understood how America’s corrupt ruling class and political establishment threatened our nation’s future through mass immigration. She laid the foundation for future conservative leaders, and our country will reap the benefits of her trailblazing work.

Now, Michelle Malkin has decided to “pass the torch” to the next generation to lead the conservative movement and the country at-large.  It is up to the young conservatives in Generation Z to lead the America First movement in the years to come. I hope that my fellow America First conservatives will heed Malkin’s call and lead the revival of our nation.

Give Michelle Malkin’s final political column a read here. It will remind you why Malkin will go down as one of the conservative movement’s most important figures in the last thirty years—up there with the likes of Rush Limbaugh, Pat Buchanan, and President Trump.

God bless you, Michelle Malkin. We’ll miss having you to lean on, but you’ve earned your retirement well.
