“Big Brother” Feds Now Tracking The Insufficiently Vaxxed
In early February the story broke that New York City teachers that weren’t vaccinated had their personnel files “flagged with a problem code.” This triggered their fingerprints being sent to the FBI as well as the New York Criminal Justice Services.
Michael Kane, a former public-school teacher and founder of Teachers for Choice, speculated that “New York City educators are being set up to be viewed as right wing extremists or even terrorists.”
He added that since the teacher’s fingerprints were illegally entered into two criminal databases that those actions “are certain to open up a new round of lawsuits.”
Now, if like me, you shook your head when you heard that, and thanked your lucky stars that you aren’t a NY City teacher, we’re not out of the woods yet.
A program designed by the U.S. National Center for Health Statistics (NHCS), a division of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), implemented a surveillance system on April 1st of last year. That program was adopted by most hospitals and clinics in January 2023.
Since that time, the U.S. Government has been quietly tracking those people who didn’t get the Covid jab as well as those that are only partially jabbed.
Here’s how the program works. Doctors at hospitals and clinics across the country have been instructed to question patients about their jab status. That information is then added to the patients electronic medical records. These codes are known as ICD-10 codes, which can be tracked both inside and outside the medical system without the patient’s knowledge or consent.
Within these ICD-10 codes a new category has been established specifically to track vaccination status. The category is called ICD-10-CM and ICD-10 code Z28.310 identifies a patient that is unvaccinated and Z28.311 identifies those that are not up to date on the jabs.
According to ICD-10-CM guidelines, clinicians may assign code Z28.310, “Unvaccinated for COVID-19,” when the patient has not received a dose of any COVID-19 vaccine.
Clinicians may assign code Z28.311, “Partially vaccinated for COVID-19,” when the patient has received at least one dose of a multi-dose COVID-19 vaccine regimen but has not received the doses necessary to meet the CDC definition of “fully vaccinated” at the time of the encounter … New code Z28.39 is for reporting when a patient is not current on other, non-COVID vaccines.
In addition to tracking whether or not you got the jab or not, they have also set up codes to classify why you aren’t vaccinated or up to date. This is a clear violation of your personal medical history since the information can be accessed by a variety of individuals and not just your medical doctors and consultants.
Dr. Robert Malone is the original inventor of the mRNA and DNA vaccines. He has been “cancelled” since he spoke out on the manner in which the technology was being developed and implemented.
Since then he has expressed much skepticism about the effectiveness of the vaccines, as well as suggesting that there is more than one nefarious reason that the government has continued to push the jab in spite of obvious issues.
One belief he has is that the government wants a vaccine passport system:
The administrative state is busy building a vaccine passport system that will be active before most Americans are aware of what is being done to them. No one is going to knock on your door asking for your vaccine status because they already know. They don’t need approval from Congress or the courts because we have given them the information through our health care providers. The CDC is the governmental organization tasked with tracking vaccine status on individuals.
They already have the records, as well as updated booster information. They just need to tweak a definition here and there or get President Biden to keep the COVID-19 public health emergency in place indefinitely and the vaccine passports will be a fait accompli.
If breaching your privacy wasn’t bad enough, they now want to bill you for “Immunization Safety Counseling.”
If you decide that you don’t want to be a guinea pig and refuse the jabs, your doctor can bill your insurance company for spewing the WHO’s rhetoric, while trying to enlighten you.
Once again, they have codes that indicate which jab you refused and for every one you decline, they have codes for why you refused. By the way, if the reason you decline is group pressure or personal beliefs, there’s a good chance you will automatically be designated for immunization safety counseling, even if you don’t want it.
Big Brother doesn’t just want to watch you, Big Brother wants to own you.
