Have You Heard What This Illegal From El Salvador Did?

A twice-deported illegal immigrant and gang member wanted in El Salvador for killing three people had no problem sneaking his way back into the United States a third time.

Fortunately, this month, members of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’ (ICE) removed that man, Noe David Alvarez Escamilla, from Houston and sent him back home, to El Salvador’s Civilian National Police (PNC).

“Alvarez first illegally entered the United States on an unknown date and at an unknown location. On Sept. 11, 2019, immigration officials from the U.S. Border Patrol apprehended him near Eagle Pass. The U.S. Border Patrol transferred Alvarez to ICE custody Sept. 13, 2019, and ICE processed him as an expedited removal. On Dec. 2, 2019, ICE officers removed Alvarez from the U.S. to El Salvador,” according to ICE.

“Alvarez illegally reentered the United States on May 7, 2020, near Eagle Pass. The U.S. Border Patrol immediately apprehended and expelled him to Mexico pursuant to 42 U.S.C., Section 265 (Title 42). Alvarez illegally entered the United States for the third time on an unknown date and at an unknown location. On Dec. 12, 2022, ERO Houston fugitive operations officers apprehended him as a foreign fugitive wanted in El Salvador in connection with three homicides. ERO Houston reinstated his prior order of removal and removed him from the United States to El Salvador on Feb. 17, 2023.”

Illegal immigration is a major problem right now, and it — and the caliber of the people making their way across the U.S.-Mexican border — will likely worsen.

RVIVR, citing a recent study from the Washington, D.C,-based Center for Immigration Studies (CIS)  said President Joe Biden encourages as many illegal immigrants as possible to enter the United States. By enabling this behavior, however, he ultimately hurts the citizens and legal immigrants who survive among the nation’s working poor.

More than 1.3 million illegal entrants at the Southwest border have been released since Biden took office, a figure that doesn’t include nearly 900,000 others who successfully evaded apprehension at the border and made their way illegally into the interior.

While hundreds of thousands of those 2.2 million aliens are children, the vast majority are working-age adults, most of whom have little education and few job skills. They are, or will compete with the most disadvantaged American workers (citizens and legal immigrants) for jobs.
