Biden Administration Still Denies Wuhan Lab Leak, Continues To Fund Gain-Of-Function Research

The Biden administration continues to stupefy American taxpayers. They do absolutely nothing to make us as a nation feel secure. Their most recent admission, which is as usual is being under covered by the media, is seriously jaw dropping.

Despite overwhelming evidence, this administration will still not admit what we all know. SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus, originated at a lab in Wuhan, China. Whether the leak was intentional or not, it originated at that lab.

Also indisputable, is the fact that gain of function research was taking place at that lab and the U.S. was funding that research. Despite denials by serial liar and deceiver Anthony Fauci, U.S. tax dollars were sent to EcoHealth Alliance in the form of grants, which in turn were used to fund experiments at the Wuhan lab. The experiments modified bat coronaviruses to become more infectious by adding human type receptors to them.

At a news conference on Monday, National Security Council spokesman, John Kirby refused to concede the obvious, clinging to the old line that there is no โ€œconsensusโ€ about whether or not COVID was leaked from the Chinese lab. FBI director Christopher Wray testified in Congress that the FBI has believed the lab leak is the mostly likely source of the pandemic for months.

White House spokeslesbian Karine Jean Pierre spoke in lockstep with Kirby stating, โ€œIโ€™m not at liberty to confirm the reporting,โ€ when she was asked about new evidence found by the Energy Departmentโ€™s National Laboratories. Evidence that ย resulted in their updated stance, where they said the covid leak likely came from a lab leak.

โ€œWhat I can tell you is, again, there is no consensus on this, where covid originated. So Iโ€™ll just leave it there and not try to get ahead of the current process.โ€

As infuriating as it is that this administration so obviously wants to protect Bidenโ€™s personal ties to China, even more frightening is that they are now condoning additional gain of function research.

When Kirby was asked if Biden now believes that the rewards outweigh the risks of conducting gain of function research, Kirby gave a rambling answer that ended with, โ€œI think thatโ€™s a fancy way of saying yes.โ€

Gain-of-function research (GOFR) refers to the serial passaging of microorganisms to increase their transmissibility, virulence, immunogenicity, and host tropism by applying selective pressure to a culture.

Gain of function researching is always defended as a way to study how pathogens adapt to environments within a host. The idea being, that it will allow better control measures and will empower vaccines or therapies to be explored.

Right, donโ€™t be fooled. Scientifically, there is no difference between gain of function and bio-weapon research. Except, for the excuse being given for conducting it.
