When It Comes To Target The “Devil’s Literally In The Details” (It’s Beyond Time To Boycott Target)

First Things First:  It is way past time to boycott Target.

This is a retailer that doesn’t give a damn about its core customers. Just twelve short days ago I wrote a column about the disgusting LGBTQ line of clothing that the store was providing for infants and children. Those items are sold in addition to children’s books such as “Bye, Bye, Binary,” greeting cards and “tuck friendly” female swimsuits.

Now, we’ve learned that one of the designers of this crap that Target is pushing is a satanist. That’s right, his name is Eric Carnell. A transgender that is the British designer behind a company named Abprallen, an LGBTQ brand that sells everything from t-shirts to bags and buttons.

After Carnell shared pictures of some of his products on Instagram, he had this to say about the reaction:

“These have already got the transphobes infuriated with me and I feel like quite the celebrity to think that they believe this is all some big conspiracy and I have any power to brainwash anyone when I’m just some guy drawing pictures!”

One of the things that disgusts me about the transgender movement, besides everything, is the smugness of these biological deniers. They want to pretend that they’re something that they aren’t, and if anyone disagrees, they call them transphobes or transphobic. The reality of the situation is that you can’t transition. So since it’s ok for them to use derogatory terms for those who don’t agree with them, here are a few suggestions for more realistic names for them. How about “biological liars,” or “gender deniers?” Also, instead of using the term gender dysphoria, which is a nice way of saying, you’re kidding yourself, lets use the more accurate diagnosis of “gender denialism.”

Carnell, classless act that he is, modeled his t-shirt on Instagram with the typical satanic goat’s head image and the saying “Satan respects pronouns.” He was also wearing, a black dog collar, black BDSM type horns and no pants.

His “badges,” or “buttons” as we used to call them, are equally classless. For instance: “Straights Sucks, Queers Swallow,” “Young Bi-Sexual and Willing,” “Bi- Babe,” and “I Am A Goddamn Lesbian.” He also has larger badges. One is designed as a guillotine labeled, “Homophobe Headrest.” Another, shaped as headstone that reads, “Bury Cis Feelings,” or one displaying two axes that says, “Fight For Trans Rights.”

Just to demonstrate how out of touch Carnell is he said this:

“I juxtapose it with imagery of skulls and spooky things, an interest of mine since I was a child. There’s something magical about the unknown, the frightening, and the mystical which is why I so frequently feature these themes in my art.”

On his Etsy store Carnell, he tries to ingratiate Satan as a loving being. “Satan loves you and respects who you are. You’re important and valuable in this world and you deserve to treat yourself with love and respect.”

“I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the Satanic Temple, and to a lesser extent, The Church of Satan, how they’re so frequently misunderstood and demonized, pun not intended and how LGBT+ people are so often referred to as being a product of Satan or going against God’s will.”

“Satanists don’t actually believe in Satan, he is merely used as a symbol of passion, pride, and liberty. He means to you what you need him to mean. So for me, Satan is hope, compassion, equality, and love.”

In his statements, Carnell is trying to supplant Christ with Satan. He is implying that Christians don’t understand “gender deniers” so therefore come over to the dark side where you will be understood. What he doesn’t elaborate on is that if you deny what you are, you will always live in the shadows. Not out of a lack of Christian love, but because of an abundance of inner self-loathing. Christians don’t hate “gender deniers.” What they disagree with is that this dark belief of self-denial is used to disorient and confuse children under the age of eighteen. “Biological liars,” using their positions to destroy innocent lives.

Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas, the birthplace of Wal-Mart tweeted this about Target:

“Even by the standards of woke corporations, Target’s partnership with a Satanist to push the trans agenda on children is remarkable. The next time Target comes begging for help, Republicans should respond, “best of luck.””

Target CEO, Brian Cornell, tried to downplay the controversy.

“When we think about purpose at Target, it’s really about helping all the families, and that ‘all’ word is really important. Most of America shops at Target, so we want to do the right thing to support families across the country.”

In spite of that Fox News reported that some insiders have informed them that especially in southern stores changes are being made.

“We were given 36 hours, told to take all of our pride stuff, the entire section, and move it into a section that’s a third the size. From the front of the store to the back of the store, you can’t have anything on mannequins and no large signage.”

“We call our customers ‘guests, there is outrage on their part. This year it is just exponentially more than any other year. I think given the current situation with Bud Light; the company is terrified of a Bud Light situation.”

Target is also pulling some of the most controversial items off of its shelves. For Instance, yesterday in an attempt to calm the waters surrounding the ridiculous “tuck friendly” female swimsuits, Target released a statement clarifying that they were only available in adult sizes.

Their Crisis Communication Manager Kayla Castaneda also said this:

“Since introducing this year’s collection, we’ve experienced threats impacting our team member’s sense of safety and wellbeing while at work. Given these volatile circumstances, we are making adjustments to our plans, including removing items that have been at the center of the most significant confrontational behavior.”

Nice try Kayla, except you only made yourself look even more ridiculous. Instead of admitting that you were removing the items because the corporation made an error in judgement and tried to allow a minuscule part of the population to dictate your policy, you instead blamed the outrage of your consumer base. That is a moronic stance.

What you did was disgusting to the educated public and by the way, your rigidity to remaining moronic will not shame us into losing, or even diminishing our disgust. Just as physical pain is a protective measure that keeps us from repeating physical actions that can injure us, disgust is a mental reflex that protects our moral values and senses.

We all understand what the expression “Having a Target on your back” implies. I suspect that the Target corporation will soon not only understand it, but will monetarily “feel” what the expression means.

Hey, you can always fall back on Flip Wilson’s excuse … “The Devil Made Me Do It”
