Biden Threatens Disgruntled Americans with F-16s

There are many aspects of the Biden administration that fall into the category of the bizarre, but one of the more unusual and unsettling repeat occurrences is when Joe Biden periodically reminds the American people that he has control over the use of advanced fighter aircraft, and they don’t. In an odd kind of way, the President’s threat of using military force against the American people may be a signal that he actually understands the underlying reason many gun owners fiercely defend their second amendment rights.

In essence, the people don’t trust the government.

Whenever the left exploits a mass shooting for political gain, it’s all about misdirection. Their faux concern for the victims provides easy cover for their real goal, which is to disarm America. It stands to reason that citizens with no means to protect themselves are easy prey for the government’s enforcement apparatus, whose mission seems to be focused on keeping everyone in line while intimidating the opposition.

History Shows Disarmament Leads to Tyranny

According to AP News, there are numerous examples of countries that forced their citizens to disarm as a prelude to genocide:

1911-1917: Turkey murdered 1.5 million Armenians

1929-1953: Russia murdered 20 million Russians

1935-1952: China murdered 20 million Chinese

1938-1945: Germany murdered 16 million Jews

Additional examples from other sources include:

1956: Cambodia murdered one million “intellectuals”

1964: Guatemala murdered 100,000 Malaysian Indians

1970: Uganda murdered 300,000 Christians

Even Snopes, who makes it a point to dispute anything that runs contrary to the left agenda, grudgingly admitted that most of these atrocities were related to gun confiscation. Instead of disputing factual history, they advance the weak argument that gun control is different from confiscation, as though the former wouldn’t ultimately lead to the latter.

Biden Apparently Gets It

So, while the majority of leftists continue to believe that patriots won’t voluntarily turn in their guns because they’re psychotic killers in wait, Joe Biden knows better. Gun control isn’t about some white supremist planning to ambush an innocent black man on the street or a trans woman in a club. No, Biden understands that millions of Americans won’t give up their guns because they don’t trust the government, and he’s right.

Seemingly every day, there is a blockbuster revelation of some nefarious new attack launched against an opponent by some branch of the Biden government. Through weaponized law enforcement, a weaponized media, a weaponized judiciary system and a weaponized IRS, the regime targets those who pose a threat and silences them by using the unlimited power of the federal bureaucracy. Even a rich outsider, who was elected to the highest office in the land, seems to be no match for an expansive and entrenched regime that closed ranks and coordinated its efforts to deny him a second term and possibly send him to jail.

Yet, selective enforcement of the law is messy, and it takes a lot of effort. Wouldn’t it be easier, the left wonders, if there was no opposition at all? Wouldn’t life be better for everyone who matters if the “deplorables” had no voice or presence at all?

To his credit, Slow Joe seems to understand that the left’s utopia begins when people have no recourse against government tyranny. That’s why in 2021, Biden first threatened American citizens with the possibility of being attacked by an F-15, or worse, having a nuclear bomb dropped on them. Here is the exact quote:

“The Second Amendment, from the day it was passed, limited the type of people who could own a gun and what type of weapon you could own. You couldn’t buy a cannon. Those who say the blood of lib- — ‘the blood of patriots,’ you know, and all the stuff about how we’re going to have to move against the government. Well, the tree of liberty is not watered with the blood of patriots,” Biden said. “What’s happened is that there have never been — if you wanted or if you think you need to have weapons to take on the government, you need F-15s and maybe some nuclear weapons.”

Apparently, this is a core Biden belief, rooted so deeply in his failing mind, he still remembers what he said two years ago because he recently repeated the same thing almost verbatim:

“You know, I love these guys who say the Second Amendment is … you know, the tree of liberty is watered with the blood of patriots. Well, if [you] want to do that, you want to work against the government, you need an F-16. You need something else than just an AR-15.”

There is no question this is threatening rhetoric. In other words, “You get too far out of line, buddy, and you may find an F-16 strafing your house.”

The Fallacy of Biden’s Argument

Biden equates sophisticated weaponry with assured victory, which may work when two militaries of relatively equal strength are pitted against each other, but that is not the scenario he would be facing in the event of a suspension of the Constitution and the implementation of authoritarian rule.

Imposing Martial Law is unlikely since the left pursues totalitarianism incrementally. Democrats already largely ignore the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, unless the provision in question furthers their aims. They have learned how to rig elections and impose unconstitutional restrictions on the population during a “crisis” without firing a shot. Through regulation and executive order, they’ve learned to circumvent Congress on most critical issues.

In a kind of frog in the pot scenario, the left slowly but steadily grabs power and erodes freedom. The hope is that by the time you realize the water is boiling, it will be too late, and you will either comply with their warped edicts or end up in a gulag. Still, the Deep State brain trust worries that somewhere along the way, there might be a tipping point where an onerous restriction triggers a massive segment of the population to revolt. In that scenario, despite what Biden threatens, the balance of conventional firepower would make a huge difference.

There is no recorded instance in history where a country purposely nuked itself, so that idea is preposterous. Any scenario where F-16s are strafing cities and towns across America, and the U.S. military is firing 120mm howitzers at apartment buildings is also absurd. There is no way a major U.S. city would end up looking like Bakhmut because the real estate and infrastructure is far too valuable to leave in ruins.

In all probability, a citizen revolt would resemble a guerilla war, and that’s where the quality of firearms matters. An AR-15 is a semiautomatic weapon that shoots either a 5.56 or a .223 round, accurate to around 600 yards. It is a potentially lethal weapon. By comparison, the range of a 12-gauge shotgun is only 100 yards, which is why Biden wants to let you keep that one… For now.

The U.S. military has a terrible track record in guerilla war conflicts. The Vietnam war lasted 20 years and ended in defeat. The war in Afghanistan lasted 20 years and also ended in defeat. The point is that when you’re facing a well-armed enemy that knows the terrain, and you’re forced to fight door to door, F-16s and nuclear weapons hardly guarantee victory. The left knows this, and a well-armed citizen revolt is their worst nightmare.

We must not let leftists prevail and ban semi-automatic weapons that fire .223 or 5.56 ammunition. Every day, these people become more erratic in their thirst for totalitarian control. If the worst happens, you must be able to defend yourself and your family with the most practical lethal weapon available.

To be clear, I remain hopeful that our differences can be resolved peacefully, and we can return to governance by the Constitution. However, there is no price too high in our effort to preserve the second amendment.
