The Injustice Of Woke Liberal Judges

What is justice? It’s an interesting question and one that can be difficult to answer. Theoretically, there are three types of primary justice: distributive, retributive, and restorative. Although, there are many subgroups that can be applied under each.

Perhaps a better question is what is injustice? In my mind, it’s certainly easier to recognize, and over the last several years left leaning liberal judges have certainly given us many opportunities to do so.

It’s no secret that blue cites are suffering. Burdened by a lack of the rational application of law and unequal justice, business are closing, citizens are fleeing and crime is rampant. In some of these cities there is a literal revolving door justice system, with a no bail required for many serious crimes and certain crimes no longer even considered crimes. Imagine owning a retail shop in a city that allows thefts of less than $1000. A city where you have to watch thieves carrying calculators steal you blind right up to the $1000 limit.

It doesn’t stop with theft. Rapists, child molesters and even murders have received special treatment from liberal judges. In New York, Christopher Belter pleaded guilty to the rape and sexual abuse of four teenage girls. However, he won’t spend a day in jail for his crimes, because Niagara County Court Judge, Mathew Murphy sentenced him to eight years of probation.

In Missouri Joseph Meili a 22-year-old man who pleaded guilty to molesting an 11-year-old girl, received no jail time. Instead, he was sentenced to 5 years of supervised probation. The Judge that oversaw the case, Judge Calvin R Holden, has a reputation for lenient sentences in child molestation cases. According to the Washington Post, in a three-year time period, Holden also handed down sentences of 5 years of probation on three similar cases that involved minors ranging in age from 8 to 16 years. In one case, 23-year-old Joseph Presley was found guilty of sexually abusing an 8-year-old boy.

The latest miscarriage of justice that occurred this week is one of those instances that causes logical people to stop in their tracks. A nineteen-year-old Michigan woman who was convicted last month of murdering her sixty-four year old father, was freed with time served and five years’ probation.

In October of 2021, Megan Imirowicz, became upset with her father because he was intoxicated and was unable to drive her to a hair appointment. The appointment was to prepare her for her eighteenth birthday party. After he fell asleep on the couch, Imirowicz doused him with lye powder and water.

Later, Imirowicz’s friends discovered him covered with catastrophic chemical burns. When Imirowicz was notified of her father’s condition via phone by those who found him, she simply blew it off and hung up.

Her father required immediate hospitalization, and while he survived the initial attack, the final five months of his life were spent in agony, before he finally succumbed to the injuries on March 6th, 2022.

During those last torturous months, her father underwent a tracheotomy, had parts of both legs amputated, endured skin grafts, and battled multiple infections. Ultimately, he suffered kidney failure and died.

Imirowicz was arrested and jailed following her father’s death. She denied attacking him with the chemicals, and instead offered the ridiculous story that she had thrown bread at him trying to wake him up.

After her conviction on June 15th for unlawful possession or use of harmful devices causing death, she was looking at the possibility of life in prison.

Enter woke Judge Victoria Valentine. Ignoring, the reality of the agony that the victim suffered through, the bloody, constantly draining open wounds. The surgeries to remove his feet and portions of his legs. The infections that ravaged his body and the failing kidneys that ultimately ended his misery. She decided that the 506 days of time served and five years’ probation was punishment enough for the suffering Imirowicz caused her own father for not driving her to a hair appointment.

As she was leaving the courtroom, the smiling murderess told CourtTV that “I was praying for a miracle today and that’s what I got.” She then added that she was really lucky having Valentine as the judge presiding over her case.

“I’m really happy I get to go home with my family. I’m scared to feel anything about my dad right now. I miss him a lot. I’m not ready.”

During her statement to the judge, Imirowicz praised the father she sadistically murdered:

“Nineteen years ago, I was placed into the arms of the first man to ever love me, the man I’m lucky enough to call my dad. Growing up he became so much more, he was a storyteller, a tooth fairy, a friend, and hero, through it all the one thing never changed, was that he was mine. One of the biggest things overlooked in this case is that me and my siblings lost my dad too. That loss has severely broken us. The prosecution has tried to make me look like a monster but that’s not me and never was.”

Apparently it skipped both Imirowicz’s and the judge’s minds that the reason her family is broken is because she murdered her father in one of the most horrible ways possible.

Sadly, I’ll bet the murderess and her “black robed get out of jail free card,” both slept soundly in a woke state of blind slumber.
