State Wants To Legalize Child Abduction
Imagine having a disagreement with your child and knowing that the state you live in could give them a no questions asked escape route. Imagine your child being so empowered that all they had to do to get their way was to lie to the state. Then Imagine a state that had a Governor so egotistical, that he wanted a law passed that would allow a child to be stolen from their parents, taken to a place that they didn’t know, and have surgery performed on them without their parent’s knowledge or permission.
Well if you live in Washington state, you wouldn’t need to have much of an imagination. That’s because Democratic Governor Jay Inslee has just that scenario in mind.
On Wednesday, America First Legal announced that they were suing the Governor as well as State Attorney General Robert Ferguson and Department of Children, Youth, and Families Secretary Ross Hunter, to block a law that would allow minors seeking “gender affirming” care against the will of their parents to be removed from their homes.
Stephen Miller, America First Legal President, issued a press release stating:
“No state action more frighteningly illustrates the threat to our children than this law. This sick, authoritarian law essentially allows the state to kidnap children from their parents and hide their whereabouts to surgically and chemically mutilate them and to formally deprive their parents of any legal ability to stop the medical disfigurement of their sons and daughters by gender extremists targeting their children.”
“In short, this statute allows shelters and homes to keep children at locations without their parents’ knowledge and refer those children for health interventions without their parents’ knowledge or approval. “It does not require children to be returned on any particular timetable or under any particular conditions.”
The suit, which was filed in the Western Washington District Court, also states that the law sets a “dangerous incentive for minors who disagree with their parents on “gender-affirming care” to run away to a shelter or host home.”
Of particular concern is the inclusion of provisions that would eliminate the requirement for shelters to notify parents or guardians and that would permit the state:
“to refer a minor for “behavioral health services” without defining what that entails, potentially meaning that a minor could receive at least mental health services that the parents would not endorse, and arguably also medical treatment that the parents would not authorize.”
The left constantly refers to conservatives as Nazis. When in fact it’s laws like this that resemble Hitler’s SS squads. From the indoctrination of our children in schools, to parental interference at a seriously dangerous level.
In my humble opinion, we as conservatives we need to stop electing “comfortable” candidates. The status quo is no longer good enough. We need to desperately find “disruptors.” We need upheaval to root out and eliminate the seeds and the weeds that the left has planted. They are not going to go quietly, so prepare yourself for a loud and ugly fight.
The lefts “phony ideals” are killing this country. This is no longer a skirmish; this is an all-out war and for America to survive we HAVE To Win.
Stop worrying about offending the left. Offend the hell out of them. They could care less if they offend us and they don’t give a damn about what we think.
