Splashing In Shame, Why Is A 50-Year-Old Man Allowed To Swim With 13-Year-Old Girls?

The radical left has a special space in hell already reserved for them. Still, not a day goes by when their perverted sickness isn’t taken to a new level. In this story, the radical left agenda is front and center, but there are a lot of people complicit in allowing this absolute absurdity to take place.

Nicholas Cepeda is a 50-year-old man, that when it suits him, pretends to be a 13-year-old girl that goes by the ridiculous moniker of Melody Wiseheart. Cepeda, who is a professor at York University in Toronto, Canada, has reportedly been competing against girls since 2019. However, It wasn’t until last fall, that Dave Menzies and Rebel News learned about Cepeda and began shedding light on his disgusting obsession. 

Last October, this 50 year old pervert swam in Richmond Hill Aquatic Centre’s Fall Classic swimming competition outside of Toronto, where he competed against 13 and 14 year old girls. Then in December, he again swam in several events at the Trojan Cup in Barrie, Ontario, placing second in the women’s 1500-meter freestyle event for swimmers 16 and older.

Cepeda has somehow been allowed to become a member of the Orangeville Otters Swim Club where he not only swims with 13-year-old girls but uses the same locker room. This allegedly led parents to use towels to shield and cover the girls who had to change.

Ok, hold on. These parents are actively participating in this delusional man’s perversion. Why upon hearing that a 50-year-old man would be not only swimming with their daughters, but using the same locker room, didn’t they immediately protest and refuse to allow the girls to participate?

Even more outrageous are the organizations that allowed this sickening travesty to take place. At the time, the organizations that sanctioned the swim meet defended Cepeda’s participation.

“In partnership with Swimming Canada, Swim Ontario has a robust system of policies, procedures and rules that support our member clubs in providing a competitive experience that is safe, welcoming, and inclusive for all participants.” They then added that athletes are seeded by entry time, regardless of their age.

This past weekend Cepeda was back in the pool with the girls again to compete in the 2024 SCAR Pan Am Winter Classic. David Menzies of Rebel News attempted to cover the meet but was thwarted by the police. On Monday, Menzies appeared on the Megyn Kelly Show to talk about this appalling situation.

On the show Menzies shared that he and his producer got to the venue at 6am on Saturday in an attempt to see Cepeda arrive, but they were unable to do so.

“I found out from sources inside the center that Swim Ontario is doing everything they can to aid and abet Cepeda, beginning with sneaking him in a side entrance that we were not aware of,” Menzies explained.  

But that apparently wasn’t all. “The Toronto Police Service was on hand, and they ramped up security. They had something like four police SUVs to basically read us the riot act.”

Menzie went on to describe how he and his team were on a sidewalk outside the center when they were approached by law enforcement.

“The police came out at one point, and they were delivering something to me from the Pan Am Centre, which was a trespass notice. I guess in Toronto, it looks like the cops are not only giving free coffee and doughnuts to the pro-Hamas demonstrators on cold days; I guess they’re doing the courier work for the Pan Am Centre.”

In his full December article, he describes it this way:

“First, there were mothers of young swimmers in attendance in the spectators’ gallery. We asked if they had a problem with a mature male showering with their daughters. Their response? First, the silent treatment. And then they left in a huff. Whatever happened to Mama Bear protecting her cubs?”

“Then we encountered two staffers at the pool. They were very angry indeed – not about Cepeda indecently exposing himself, but rather, they were upset that Rebel News was exposing this story. Indeed, they were so upset that they called the police. And amazingly, THREE Ontario Provincial Police cruisers rushed to the community centre. Unbelievable.”

“When we interacted with the OPP officers, we informed them that Cepeda is running afoul of the Criminal Code of Canada. Namely Section 173 (1): “Everyone who willfully does an indecent act in a public place in the presence of one or more persons, or in any place with intent to insult or offend any person, is guilty of an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than two years.”

Section 173 2: “An Indecent Exposure charge under Section 173(2) of the Code means that the person charged is accused of exposing their genital organs to a person under the age of 16. Because this offence involves a minor, it is more serious than an Indecent Act charge.”

The bottom line is simple. No one, absolutely No one, can justify allowing a 50-year-old biological male to join a swim team made up of 13-year-old girls. Then allow him to swim with them and to use the same locker room. Everyone involved with these despicable circumstances are complicit in this man’s perverted delusions. What’s sad is that even if you place the criminal aspects of this case aside, morally they have exposed their daughters to situations that would outrage rational, loving parents.

I pray that enough attention is brought upon this situation so the violation of the childhood of these innocent girls is stopped. In spite of what the left believes, right and wrong still exist, and this is flat out WRONG!
