The Transcripts of Robert Hur’s Interviews with President Biden make even more clear the Current President is Completely Unfit for Office
Anyone with two eyes and two ears has seen the decline in President’s Biden’s memory and overall cognitive memory. Recent polls show more than even 50 percent of Democratic voters are concerned about Biden’s age, and 62% of overall voters have concerns over Biden’s mental faculties as well. Still, while many have long had significant some concerns about Biden, the recently released transcript by the Justice Department of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s interview with the current President make clear that Biden is completely unfit to hold the office of the presidency. Here are some of the many notable excerpts from the transcript showing how poor the elderly Biden’s memory is.
Despite one again lying about the facts, Biden was the one who brought up his son Beau’s death, not Hur. Biden could not remember when Beau died, and needed help from other people to recall the date and year. Even more concerning was that at multiple points in the interview Biden could not recall when he was Vice President. The most concerning exchanges between Hur and Biden were over the president’s complete failure to remember when he was Vice President. Biden at one point said, “The date is 4-20-09,” Biden said. “Was I still vice president? I was, wasn’t I? Yeah.” At another point in the special counsel’s interview, Biden said, “Well, I’m sure, I’m sure there were. I don’t know — my problem was I never knew where any of the documents or boxes were specifically coming from or who packed them. Just did I get them delivered to me. And so this is — I’m, at this stage, in 2009, am I still Vice President?” Biden said. The fact that the current president did not know if he was Vice President in 2020 or in 2009 clearly shows that he is mentally unfit for office.
These interviews come on the back of multiple concerning comments and answers by Biden in press conferences, interviews, and other public activities. Just in the last year Biden has claimed to have recently spoke with long deceased former French Prime Minister Francois Mitterand, he mistakenly claimed he had added more to the national debt than any President in US history, and Biden also confused Egypt with Mexico just last month. The President confused Egypt with Mexico while during a press conference where he was trying to convince the American public that he wasn’t having memory or recall issues. Biden’s gaffe’s have long been an issue, but his memory issues and mistakes have become even more concerning since the incompetent President took office in 2021.
Robert Hur’s testimony before congress and the recently released transcript, which the Justice Department refused to release ahead of the March 12th hearing, make clear that Biden is totally and completely unfit for office. While prosecuting president’s for retaining classified materials is bad for the country in multiple cases, Marrick Garland’s weaponized Justice Department already decided to prosecute President Trump for doing exactly that. The facts and pictures also make very clear that Biden was willfully and recklessly retain classified material from when he was Senator and Vice President.

Robert Hur’s report and the special counsel’s recent testimony make clear that the reason he did not recommend the Justice Department take criminal action against the current president is because as Hur wrote, “Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.” Hur concluded that even though Biden’s action were far worse than Trump’s, Biden retained classified material over a much longer time frame and he was more reckless in how he stored the information, a jury would feel bad for the incompetent and flailing current President. Biden’s public comments and actions as well as Hur’s recent report and testimony make clear the current President is totally and completely unfit for office.
