FBI, BIG, And DEI = Acronyms Of Corruption



For most of my life, I considered the FBI a trusted organization. Definitely not perfect, but generally trustworthy in most circumstances. That all changed under the Obama Presidency and continues today.

Now, the Biden administration’s weaponized Federal Bureau of Investigation is accused of unfairly targeting black Americans for recruitment while allegedly lowering its standards. This action violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits hiring based on race or sex.

The FBI has recently come under scrutiny for its discriminatory hiring practices. Following a congressional investigation into the FBI’s focus on hiring based on skin color, the agency has signed an agreement with the non-profit organization Blacks In Government (BIG).

In a true show of arrogance, the FBI wrote a press release announcing the agreement.

“BIG’s Future Leaders in America’s Government program will disseminate FBI materials and communications related to the collegiate academy and job opportunities, partner with the FBI in establishing outreach opportunities with BIG FLAG members to increase awareness of the FBI and its mission, and invite the FBI to public policy forums, conferences, and trainings.”

The FBI has made no secret of its illegal hiring practices. This in-your-face partnership has taken place while Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee seek answers from Director Chris Wray regarding the FBI’s recruitment practices, warning that the bureau’s diversity, equity, and inclusion requirements could jeopardize American lives and liberty.

The FBI has faced challenges in hiring qualified applicants since Joe Biden issued his first executive order on Inauguration Day, promoting DEI programs across the administration. Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan warned FBI Director Christopher Wray about this in a letter dated May 6th.

“A few months later, on April 21, 2021, you announced the hiring of the FBI’s first Chief Diversity Officer, Scott McMillon, and the FBI re-focused its recruitment efforts on DEI statistics. The FBI’s hyper-fixation on hitting Biden Administration-imposed DEI initiatives, rather than qualifications that make the best federal law enforcement candidates and officers, has created a climate within the FBI that puts the American public and American civil liberties at risk.”

Jordan gave Wray a deadline of May 20 at 5 p.m. to provide the Judiciary Committee and the Select Subcommittee on the “Weaponization of the Federal Government” with documentation regarding the number of FBI staff employed in DEI roles, recruitment data spanning the past 10 years, a list of incentives for meeting DEI goals, and all documents “referring or relating to the FBI’s implementation of the Biden Administration’s DEI Executive Orders.”

In typical fashion, exhibiting contempt and arrogance, Wray ignored the congressional request. Instead, they have announced a partnership with BIG.

This past January, a group of anonymous FBI reformers, consisting of retired and active-duty executives and agents from the counterintelligence and counterterrorism branches, submitted a report to the House Judiciary Committee. The report warned that recruits joining the FBI during the Biden administration were underqualified, obese, and mentally ill. This has led to the current FBI lacking “the necessary fortitude and skills needed to effectively counter existential threats.”

The report is beyond frightening. It states that Wray has overseen the deterioration of all bureau recruitment standards, particularly “physical fitness, illicit drug use, financial irregularities, mental health, full-time work experience, and integrity.” It cites instances of new agents who are so overweight they cannot even pass the new relaxed fitness standards.

Even more horrifying, many new agents are illiterate and require remedial English lessons. They refuse to work weekends or after hours, have significant disabilities or mental health issues, and cause disruptions, according to a group of FBI insiders.

The DEI sickness requires FBI recruiters to host “Diversity Applicant Recruitment” events, which “Straight white males may not attend,” the report goes on to state, “If a recruiter chose not to attend a Pride Parade or fly the Pride flag, the recruiter would most likely be removed immediately.”

In the past year, the bureau has steadily increased its employment of racial minorities, women, and LGBTQ-identifying agents.

In fact, Females comprise nearly 60 percent of the bureau’s workforce.

The Biden administration has further weaponized the FBI against America. His policies, initiated by the puppeteers pulling his strings, jeopardize every aspect of American life. They are poisoning our schools with Illogical LGBTQ and transgender lies. Threatening our medical industry with DEI hiring practices at our medical schools and our air travel with the same racist policies.

Think about the magnitude of this infiltration. Our law enforcement, educational system, medical industry, and transportation system are all decimated by this woke sickness, which has reached the point where it must be destroyed.

The left is orchestrating the demise of America. It’s their goal, and we need to have the guts to stand up and stop it!
