Democrats Can Only Bring Feelings To A Fact Fight

Presidential elections should be fact-based. Each candidate’s policies should be weighed against the issues that plague the nation. That’s a problem for Democrats because they are short on facts, or reality for that matter, and choose to bring feelings to what needs to be a fact fight.

The DNC is a perfect example of this weak strategy. Claiming now that they are the party of joy and enthusiasm, they avoid addressing real issues and instead try to justify Harris’s cackling as joy. They even had Walz, the radical left’s version of the Pillsbury Dough Boy, practically dance on stage last night in a cringe-worthy demonstration of phony happiness.

Sadly, this type of deception fools far too many people. The central overriding theme of their convention isn’t the economy or the border, the two most pressing issues. Instead, they have chosen to glorify and celebrate abortion. Gone are the days when Democrats only sought to have those who medically needed one being able to have it accomplished safely. Now, taking a human life is celebrated by the Democrats in circus-like fashion, which includes having a portable abortion clinic outside the DNC, having people dressed up as abortion pills, and placing an inflatable IUD at the convention.

They chose abortion as their main talking point because it is the most emotionally charged issue, and they thrive on feelings, not facts. For the same reason, they also have highlighted LGBTQ issues, especially justifying trans surgeries, even to the extent of removing the parents from the decision.

In the 2020 election, Democrats hid Biden away, fully aware of his declining mental faculties. They knew the less he spoke, the better, and when he did speak, he spent half the time yelling to generate feelings without policies. They are now doing the same thing with Harris. Let’s be honest; Harris just isn’t that bright. She talks in circular word salads, hoping all of her hand gyrations will somehow prove the point that she doesn’t have.

If she did talk about policies, she would have to discuss how this administration ruined a humming economy with back-breaking inflation, for which she has no solution. In the past four years, record-setting inflation has severely affected Americans. This has been made worse by reckless government spending on aid for undocumented immigrants and ongoing wars in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. As a result, the prices of essential goods like eggs, milk, and gasoline have soared. The issue has been exacerbated instead of addressing the root cause of the inflation, which is the Federal Reserve printing money it doesn’t have and maintaining low interest rates.

Harris’s current solution is to punish retailers for adapting to market conditions rather than controlling spending by avoiding wasting billions of dollars on government handouts for low-skilled migrants. This approach, becoming known as ‘Kamalanomics,’ is likely to result in shortages, more layoffs, and damage supply chains, further harming an already struggling economy.

Speaking of “root causes,” wasn’t that what Harris claimed she was going to get to in order to solve the invasion at our southern border? Instead, it is estimated that 12.5 million illegal aliens have entered the country under her watch. Now, she has flipped and wants us to believe that border security is a high priority on her list. As usual, though, she can’t verbalize any solutions.

In fact, In recent weeks, Harris has shifted her stance on at least five significant policies besides the border problem and inflation. They include mandatory assault rifle buybacks, fracking, immigration, health care, and a federal jobs guarantee.

Some people believe that policy isn’t as important as simply making progress, but a workable plan is necessary before progress can be made. In Harris’s case, her 180-degree flipping on significant issues needs to be explained and accompanied by a reason for her switch and a plan.

Take the border, for example. Harris sat on her hands and did absolutely nothing to correct the problem for 3 ½ years. Simply saying “oops” doesn’t cut it. It shows no accountability, and without a policy going forward, how can she be trusted?

It will be interesting to see if the American public will allow the Democrats to again get away with hiding in the basement and only emerging to spew double-talk rhetoric. Say what you will about Trump, but he will always answer a question and has a clear vision and a plan to accomplish it. The left that controls the MSM has such a profound case of TDS that they no longer can see the forest for the trees.

Despite the left continuing to lie about all the things they think Trump will do if he is elected, they seem to forget he was already President for four years and he didn’t do any of the things they claimed he would do. In fact, even though the left will never admit it, Trump was a Great American President. Trump, during his campaigns, stated very clearly that he was the president of The United States, not the president of the world. He then always conducted himself when writing policy or pursuing agreements with that goal in mind. Let’s face it: many countries were taking the U.S. for granted. They were not paying their share and, in some cases, held us hostage with unfair trade deals.

The left tries to portray MAGA as some sort of a cult, but it isn’t. The idea of Making America Great Again was, and still is, all about restoring our position on the world stage as a respected and, when necessary, feared nation. Trump brought us to a point of energy independence; he brought down prices on all the things that are much more expensive today and was the only recent president with no wars during his term.

Harris and Walz have no campaign platform other than pandering to planned parenthood supporters and anyone who has anything to do with the LGBTQ community. In truth, they are the most inexperienced and radical leftist ticket in the history of the U.S. They avoid the press so as not to be pinned down on policy substance and are going to try and fool the American public for three months, pretending that if elected everything will be unicorns and rainbows.

The Democrats as a party are unprepared for the issues that need to be solved on a domestic and worldwide basis. The fact that Harris is the best presidential candidate they could nominate is proof of that. Remember, she was the first Democratic candidate to drop out in 2019, and if Biden hadn’t promised to choose a woman of color as his VP, she wouldn’t be here. She was yanked out of oblivion and has proven that the Peter Principal, in her case, is gospel.

Harris, Walz, and all Democrats believe that the American people are naïve and oblivious. They are trying to get by bringing feelings to a fact fight. Let’s show them in November that the only gullible people are those on the left.
