The Island Of Misfit Toys Arrives In Chicago

An alternate state of reality has descended on Chicago. A city that has already descended into hell now must deal with the farce of the DNC. The speakers, all radical leftists, will tell whimsical tales that delight the misled, the naïve, and the lost. They will talk about the fascist right, although the only fascists are within their party, and they will talk about “Joy” and try to pretend that everything will be better soon.

For those who choose to ignore reality, these tales will sound encouraging. They will pretend, like Harris does, that the border is secure. They will pretend that despite the obvious, the cost of groceries, gas, clothing, and everything else hasn’t increased. They will pretend that the Illegal aliens who are straining every aspect of certain cities and the American economy is a good thing. They will also pretend that funding money laundering Ukraine, which is driving Russia closer to China, is necessary.

Still, sometimes, the left eats their own. Outside this island of misfit toys, there is an angry mob that represents irony on top of irony. The left hates everything that doesn’t serve them, which means they hate supporting Israel. They do it for one reason… diplomatically, they have to. Their souls are anti-Israel and pro-Hamas, but for appearances, the administration, through gritted teeth, has to support Israel. The mobs outside the DNC, which number over 100,000, also hate Israel and are there to protest the DNC’s support of it.

You have to love the Ironies involved here. The Democrat’s convention is being violently protested over something they support but can’t publicly say. Another irony is supporting Israel is the correct thing to do. Still, they are so inexperienced at doing the proper thing that they have shocked and alienated their supporters, who always expect them to do the wrong thing.

Another point of irony is the Dems have “walled” themselves in for protection. So, they will build walls for their own protection, around their homes, and even around their convention, but they won’t create a wall and support solidifying our borders.

The protests started on Sunday and will continue until early next week, testing the endurance of ordinary Chicago residents and evoking memories of 1968.

According to WLS-TV in Chicago, the first of two planned and permitted protests, featuring the most radical elements of the Democratic Party’s base, began at 6:30 p.m. local time on Sunday evening. I laugh when I hear “Planned and Permitted.” These thugs have no intention of following a schedule. The police understand that and over 1000 have called in for medical leave to avoid the havoc that’s coming.

The protests revolve around Israel and the extremist pro-Hamas faction, but also about radical abortion law and, as usual, LGBTQ issues that are never satisfactory to the zealots that the left bows down to.

For example, Anne Rumberger with Chicago for Abortion Rights and Bodies Outside of Unjust Laws summarized:

“There’s so many aspects to be able to raise children and to decide not to have children that the Democrats could do a lot better on.”

Curiously, many abortion and LGBT activists perceive themselves as aligned with pro-Palestinian protesters because death on all levels, young, old, and unborn, is justifiable. Hence, the corresponding “Free Palestine” march featured a few pride flags.

The radical left has created the DEI party of Harris and Walz. The Island of Misfit Toys had a Charlie-in-the-Box, a spotted Elephant, a train with square wheels on its caboose, a water pistol that squirts jelly, a boat that can’t stay afloat, an airplane that can’t fly, and a pink fire truck.

This convention will feature speakers such as Brandon Johnson, Kathy Hochul, AOC, Chuck Schumer, Barrack Obama, Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris, and Tim Walz.

You’re mistaken if you think the comparison between the two groups is that they are simply both misfits. One group has been cast out of society for relatively innocent reasons that they can’t control. Radicals exalt the other for much more sinister and outrageously devious intentions that they want to force upon everyone.

The demonstrations outside the DNC prove what we all know. The radical liberal left will never stop pursuing every perversion that they can incorporate into society. The DNC is a demonstration of evil, while the devil continues to dance outside in the streets.

This election isn’t about Trump vs. Harris or Republican vs. Democrat. It comes down to Sanity vs. Perversion or Good vs. Evil.

November 5 will truly be a day that “lives in Infamy.”
