Texas Democrat Judge Arrogantly Breaks The Law With Unregistered Voters

We are way past the point of tolerance for liberal Democrats who do whatever the hell they want. They openly break the law and thumb their noses at the court system and civil authority. The only way that this is ever going to end is that as soon as one of these smug morons breaks the law, they need to be arrested and really prosecuted, no matter who they are or what their position is.

Democrat District Court Judge Antonia Arteaga dismissed Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s legal attempt to prevent Bexar County from mailing voter registration forms to more than 210,000 unregistered voters.

The lawsuit, filed by Paxton after Bexar Countyโ€™s September 3 decision, aimed to stop the county from working with Civic Government Solutions to distribute unsolicited voter registration forms.

Paxton rightly filed the suit because Bexar Countyโ€™s actions are BLATANTLY ILLEGAL! This is nothing more than another Democrat-led county attempting to rig an election by breaking the law.

Despite a clear warning from Paxton’s office, Bexar County proceeded with its plans and mailed out the registration forms before the courts could address the matter. On Monday, the pompous Artega dismissed Paxtonโ€™s request for a temporary restraining order against Bexar Countyโ€™s plan to send out approximately 210,000 voter registration forms.

A furious Attorney General Paxton Immediately filed an appeal and noted that this was nothing more than a โ€œbrazenโ€ attempt to โ€œcircumvent election law.โ€

In a terse statement following this despicable act, Paxton called out Bexar County officials for their โ€œdirty tricksโ€ and accurately accused them of knowingly violating election law by fast-tracking the mass mailout before the issue could be legally addressed.

Here is the press statement released by Paxtonโ€™s office:

โ€œTexas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a notice of appeal to continue an Office of the Attorney General (โ€œOAGโ€) lawsuit challenging a Bexar County program that unlawfully mailed thousands of unsolicited voter registration applications to unverified recipients.

On September 2, Attorney General Paxton warned the Bexar County Commissioners Court that its proposed plan to employ a third-party vendor to mail voter registration forms to individuals regardless of the eligibility of the recipients would violate the law. Nevertheless, Bexar County approved the program the next day despite the objection of its own voter registrar. Attorney General Paxton immediately sued, and the OAG attempted to schedule a hearing on a motion for a temporary restraining order with Bexar County attorneys. Bexar County claimed that it needed more time to prepare for litigation and agreed to a consolidated preliminary hearing on September 16.

However, on the Friday before the rescheduled hearing, Bexar County filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, revealing that it had been acting secretly to expedite the mass mailouts. Because the unsolicited voter registration forms had already been distributed to residents regardless of the legality of the contract or the eligibility of the recipients, the judge dismissed the Stateโ€™s motion as moot. The Office of the Attorney General is appealing this ruling and will continue seeking appropriate remedies.

In a display of bad faith, Bexar County engaged in dirty tricks to avoid appropriate judicial review of a clearly unlawful program that invites voter fraud. These actions demonstrate that Bexar County knew what they were doing was wrong, yet expedited the mailout of unsolicited registration forms before the issue could be argued in court. I will fight every step of the way to hold them accountable and uphold the integrity of our elections.โ€

I wrote a column last week Titled: โ€œItโ€™s Time For The GOP To Fight Fire With Fire, Even If Itโ€™s Wrong.โ€ In it, I pointed out that Itโ€™s time for the Republicans to stop letting the Democrats get away with outright corruption by giving them warnings or little love taps on their proverbial wrists.

This type of corruption is taking place nationwide, and it has to stop or be neutralized one way or another. Since Republicans canโ€™t seem to stop it by enforcing established laws, then itโ€™s time for them to get on board and stop being railroaded.

Under most circumstances, two wrongs donโ€™t make a right, but when it comes to the radical leftโ€™s continuous corruption, an eye for an eye seems a more appropriate idiom.
