The Ultimate Insanity: Judge Makes State Pay For Baby Murderer’s Sex Change

There is stupidity, and then there is ignorance on a level that makes rational people want to vomit—the left practices both regularly. This is not typical unawareness. This is deliberate, morally bankrupt hatred for doing the right thing. This is a leftist judge flexing his power to inflict despicable pain on the victim’s family and an unfair tax burden on God-fearing citizens who would never even consider doing what one evil human being did.

In what has to be one of the most outlandish rulings by a federal judge ever, a smug, radical leftist U.S. District Court Judge Richard Young ordered the state of Indiana to pay for transition surgery for a convicted baby murderer. This disgusting piece of inhuman flesh, named Jonathon Richardson, strangled his 11-month-old stepdaughter to death. How heinous is this moronic POS? The Post Millennial (TPM) reported that court records revealed that Richardson referred to the infant victim as “the little fuc*ing b*tch” during a confession to the crime.

This story gets worse. After being convicted and sentenced to a 55-year sentence, this obvious biological male decided that murder wasn’t enough, and he would now set his sights on raping the judicial system and simultaneously Indiana taxpayers.

After supposedly having a discussion with another male inmate who goes by the name of “Pearl,” Richardson decided that his time in confinement would be much easier as a female. After all, this was another opportunity for him to remain in the spotlight and, at the same time, give the finger to a society that he clearly deserves no place to remain in.

So, he reached out to other supportive, useful idiots, and he didn’t have to look very far or very hard to find a leftist shoulder to cry on in the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Richardson, having decided that he now wants to be called Autumn Cordellione, filed a lawsuit with the ACLU’s help and received satanic help from U.S. District Court Judge Richard Young.

Young, in a mind-numbing decision, ruled that denying this murdering moron’s request would be “Cruel and unusual punishment.” Seriously, a child could see what was happening here, but U.S. District Court Judge Richard Young does not even possess that level of intellect.

U.S. District Court Judge Richard Young’s ruling asserts that gender dysphoria is a serious medical condition and that denying the surgery puts Richardson at “substantial risk of irreparable injury.” 

The judge cited concerns about potential self-harm and suicide attempts as justification for the decision.

“The evidence shows that she faces serious risks of severe bodily and psychological harm absent injunctive relief,” U.S. District Court Judge Richard Young wrote in his decision. He ordered the Department of Corrections to make the surgery available “at the earliest opportunity.”

Daily Mail noted that Ken Falk, Legal Director of the ACLU of Indiana, hailed the ruling as “a significant victory for transgender individuals in Indiana’s prisons.” Falk, blinded by any sense of reality that involves common sense, argued that denying evidence-based medical care to incarcerated transgender individuals is unconstitutional.

He seems to have forgotten the defenseless 11-month-old this monster murdered and instead facilitated this ridiculous farce for the headlines. On the night of the murder, witnesses reported that Richardson was “acting strangely” and had a fresh, bleeding tattoo of the victim’s name carved into an arm. After claiming the child was unresponsive, Richardson requested a neighbor call 911. 

As if this story wasn’t bad enough, Richardson continues to push the proverbial knife into the back of the judicial system and twist it to satisfy his pathetic needs.

Richardson, who now also “identifies” as Muslim and has taken separate legal action for being denied a hijab, has presented an extensive list of desired procedures. 

This “Surgeries to Reach My Ideal Self” list includes vaginoplasty, breast implants, facial surgeries, and even a uterus transplant.

This ruling by U.S. District Court Judge Richard Young sets a precedent for providing gender reassignment surgery to transgender inmates in Indiana, potentially opening the door for similar cases across the state’s prison system. 

The use of taxpayer funds for such procedures and the rights of incarcerated individuals superseding morality, reality, and common sense has rightly sparked a debate.         

This proves that the “Justice System” when the left is involved diverges into the mire of intimidation and illogical thought. The fact that U.S. District Court Judge Richard Young has decided to reward a perverted user after murdering an innocent 11-month-old is a sick example of the left’s hatred of decency and morality.

U.S. District Court Judge Richard Young needs to be investigated and disbarred for his disregard for civility, and failure to protect American taxpayers against obviously fabricated claims by a monstrosity who terrorized and murdered an innocent American citizen.
