Judge With Blood On His Hands Proves Again Social Experiments Don’t Work In The Courts

The infiltration of liberal ideals into society continues to prove detrimental. There are so many examples of this that they have become too numerous to count (TNTC). You can take your pick as to which areas of society have been damaged the most, but one area that is undeniable is in the American judicial system.

Liberal governors, mayors, prosecutors, district attorneys and judges have created laws and sentencing standards that have literally ruined American cities. The inmates in far too many cases are running the asylum with the blessing of the radicals who have been placed in charge.

The most recent case involves a radical Pittsburgh Magistrate, Xander Orenstein.

This clown identifies as non-binary and prefers they/them pronouns. His philosophy was shaped by Michelle Alexander’s book, The New Jim Crow. Which should tell you all you need to know. He was somehow elected in 2021 and has been a disaster ever since.

On Monday, a respected liquor enforcement officer, Benjamin Brallier, was murdered while jogging on the Montour Trail. He was found with stab wounds and transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The man accused of murdering Brallier has been identified as Anthony Quesan a homeless man who claims to be transgender and also goes by the name Antonia Kaseim. Quesan committed felony robbery on June 23 at Point State Park but was given non-monetary bond by and released by Orenstein. Quesan never came back to court.

This isn’t Orenstein’s first calamity. In April, Colin Dunlap, who has his own show on 100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA Radio, posted this on X concerning Orenstein:

“71yo randomly punched Downtown. Let attacker out non-monetary bond. Man trafficked 9 kilos fentanyl. Let him out non-monetary bond; guy never showed up. Man arrested DUI, high speed chase. Let him out non-monetary bond. Xander Orenstein must be stopped. He will get someone killed.”

District judges receive a non-binding bail recommendation from the county’s pre-trial services division. Orenstein ignored the recommendation to deny bail and to keep Quesan in jail. Orenstein let the man go free without having to put up any collateral.

In 2023, Orenstein released a New York man accused of bringing $1.6 million of fentanyl into Pittsburgh. Again, Orenstein went against a no-release recommendation made by pre-trial services. At the time he was released, Cepeda had a criminal record that includes seven prior arrests, two misdemeanor convictions and two pending cases in New York, one for grand larceny and one for sexual assault.

Police said the suspect, Yan Carlos Pichardo Cepeda, had 450,000 doses of fentanyl and a kilogram of cocaine. Cepeda then fled the city and was finally arrested in Polk County, Florida. At a news conference following Cepeda’s arrest Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd called Orenstein “A nut in a black coat.”

Allegheny County Councilman Chairman Sam DeMarco (Republican) has had enough. DeMarco called Orenstein’s decision-making into question and said they are “putting public safety and rule of law on the back burner.”

“I issued this press release earlier today calling for the immediate resignation or removal of District Judge Xander Orenstein after another dangerous suspect he allowed to walk free without bail has been arrested in the murder of PSP Liquor Enforcement Officer Benjamin Brallier.”

Demarco added: “The voters of Allegheny County need to be looking at the people that they put in these positions of power and trust, and they need to stop electing folks like this who jeopardize the safety repeatedly by letting dangerous people back on the streets.”

Orenstein is a social experiment that has gone wrong. When you elect a radical liberal, he brings his perverse and distorted views to that office and tries to force them onto the general public. Now, Orenstein has the blood of an innocent man on his hands. This was totally preventable if he had only handled his position in a responsible manner.

It goes without saying, but I’ll say it anyway. If Orenstein is still conducting his duties by Friday, then another miscarriage of justice has taken place. This smug fool’s actions are reprehensible and if there is any legal avenue available to pursue criminal charges against him, it needs to be pursued.

RIP Officer Brallier. Infinite Knowledge and Eternal Peace.
