Putz Flight Attendant Forces Marine Vet Off Of Delta Flight Over “Threatening” T-Shirt

The airline industry has demonstrated an increasingly disturbing trend toward extreme wokeness for several years. This includes not only hiring what many consider to be less qualified candidates to reach DEI goals but also promoting an attitude of superiority so common with liberals.

Liberals live their lives believing that everything they think is correct. They believe that rules are for others but not for them and that everyone should do as they say but ignore what they do. Because of this perceived superiority complex, liberals are offended by many things without basis. Their overly delicate sensibilities and feelings are given a higher priority than common sense and reality, which results in them subjecting rational people to unnecessary indignities.

Last week, another such incident took place at the San Francisco airport. A Marine veteran of 22 years, Catherine Banks, was on board a Delta flight on her way to visit family. She had paid an additional fee for an extended legroom seat when a male flight attendant approached her.

In an interview with KNTV, Banks explained how the confrontation went down. She states that the flight attendant was saying:

“‘Ma’am, ma’am.’ I looked around, like, ‘Who was he talking to?’ And it was me. He told her, ‘You need to get off the plane,’ I was like, ‘What did I do?”

However, it wasn’t until she got off the plane and on the jet bridge that the flight attendant told her why she was asked to deplane. So, what horrible crime did this putz accuse Banks of committing? She explained that he told her, “The shirt she wore was threatening.”

To which she replied, “Are you kidding me?”

Banks had good reason to be stunned. The threatening message that this prima donna was so upset about was: “Do Not Give In To The War Within. End Veteran Suicide”

Banks then attempted to explain:

“I’m a Marine Corps vet. I’m going to see my Marine sister. I’ve been in the Marine Corps for 22 years and worked for the Air Force for 15 years. I’m going to visit her.”

Still, even then, the idiot was unmoved and continued to show how out of touch he was.

“I don’t care about your service, and I don’t care about her service. The only way you’re going to get back on the plane is if you take it off right now.”

Banks, who was not wearing a bra under her shirt, told the flight attendant to turn around so she could remove the shirt and replace it with a sweatshirt.

The shirt is part of the “22 a day collection” sold by the Til Valhalla Project, which raises awareness about the estimated 22 veterans who commit suicide each day.

In 2021, research revealed that “30,177 active-duty personnel and veterans who served in the military after 9/11 have died by suicide – compared to the 7,057 killed in combat in those same 20 years,” as stated on the U.S.O. website.

The Delta website claims that the airline can refuse to transport passengers if their “conduct, attire, hygiene or odor creates an unreasonable risk of offense or annoyance to other passengers.” The question is, how does a shirt promoting awareness of veteran suicides create an unreasonable risk of offense or annoyance?

Banks summed it up this way:

“I feel like they just took my soul away. I’m not a bad person, and that T-shirt, I should be allowed to support myself and veterans.”

Unbelievably, the indignity inflicted on this 22-year veteran didn’t stop there. When she was allowed to return to the plane, the extra legroom seat that she paid extra for had been given away to another passenger, and Banks was forced to sit in the rear of the plane.

A spokesperson for the airline told DailyMail.com that the situation has since been “resolved.”

“The matter with the customer has been resolved. We appreciate her patience as we continue to work to understand what occurred during this event. Most importantly, we are thankful for her service to our country.”

Delta can make any reparations they want, but these actions are inexcusable. This self-righteous flight attendant needs to be fired since he is obviously on a liberal power trip that is incompatible with working with the public.

This is just another example of radical leftists subjecting rational people to their ludicrous beliefs. The only way to stop this type of abuse is to make examples of those who commit the acts.

Fire this putz, no questions asked, and Catherine sue Delta, so this never happens again.
