The Left’s Disgusting Rhetoric About Trump’s Madison Square Garden Rally Again Raises the Prospect of More Political Violence
There is nothing the Democrats and the left are more prone to than projection. This is a party that talked about saving Democracy while they tried to overturn the will of the people by impeaching former Trump over a phone call, in addition to having a nominee who did not get a single vote in the primary system. This is also the same party that pushed vaccine mandates for adults three years ago, but is now spending twenty-fours hours a day saying the government should not be making medical decisions, something that isn’t happening anyway.
There have been two very serious assassination attempts against former President Trump in just the last three months, and while many Democrats talk about January 6th, nearly all the political violence, starting with the race riots after George Floyd’s tragic death in 2020, has come from the left. This is why the obviously coordinated rhetoric between MSNBC and leading Democrats to despicably compare Trump’s incredible recent Madison Square Garden rally to the Nazis is as concerning as these statements are inaccurate. The two individuals who tried to assassinate Trump, Thomas Crooks, and Ryan Wesley Routh, were clearly radicalized by the inflammatory commentary coming from the left.
Trump has not used the kind of disgusting rhetoric that can incite violence which we have frequently heard from many leading Democrats and even Harris himself. In just the last 8 years leading Democrats such as Hillary have referred to the former President and his supporters as deplorable, and the Vice President has also used absurd talking points, such as the idea that her candidacy is about saving Democracy, even though she didn’t get a single vote for the nomination.
The preliminary reporting from the investigation of Crooks and Wesley Routh suggests that both individuals thought they were committing a heroic act by killing Trump. These radicalized and delusional individuals truly believed they were saving Democracy. The fact that major politicians and leading media networks would compare a basic and positive rally to a Nazi event after there have been two serious assassination attempts on Trump in just the last 6 months shows how little respect the Democrats and the Left have for the former President and his supporters. The former President’s opposition does not even respect his life or the safety of him or his backers.
While many Democrats have frequently talked about misinformation going back to when COVID hit in 2020, the reality is the left has used blatant lies repeatedly to try to manipulate people against Trump and his movement. The Democrats have false pushing narratives about Trump being a Russian agent, constantly suggested the former President supports a nationwide abortion ban, and even stated that he wants to be a dictator and suspend the constitution. The Left has been able to get away with these absurd claims primarily because they control most of the major media networks and big tech companies. Musk’s purchase of Twitter is the only example of any big tech company being owned and operated by an individual or group sympathetic to the right.
Trump continues to gain momentum. Harris’s campaign stalled nearly 6 weeks ago, and most nationwide and state polling data shows that Trump is continuing to gain in popularity across the country. The left is becoming increasingly desperate as the election nears and Harris and her fraudulent campaign continues to flail. The stakes for this election are very high and the country is tense, the fact that some leading Democrats are still willing to use this kind of reckless and disgusting rhetoric in this environment sadly shows the continuing willingness of the left to both promote and condone violence, and makes the prospect of a peaceful election more challenging.
