Savage Injustice Disguised In Leftist Black Robes

Since the radical left began to introduce their sickening agenda, they have left their disgusting fingerprints on everything. One area of society they have influenced horribly egregiously is our criminal justice system. In many areas nationwide, liberal judges have refused to enforce the law. Instead, they have instituted a โ€œrevolving doorโ€ justice system, where dangerous criminals are released back into society where they are free to prey upon law-abiding citizens.

Far too often, these liberal judges, blinded by wokeism, pass sentences that reward and enable criminal behavior. They refuse to hold the guilty accountable, implementing reverse judgment where the innocent are punished for the sins of the guilty.

Veronica Galvan is one such judge with a sinister twist. She seems to delight in ignoring the law and true justice, arrogantly spitting in the face of society. In a word, Galvan is sinister. She believes that her decisions override the law, and some of those decisions have resulted in tragic results. Galvan dispenses her warped interpretations of fair play in the King County Juvenile Court.

According to the Independent Sentinel, On December 2, 2024, Millorz Canales, a 17-year-old from Snohomish County, WA, was released from custody in connection with a robbery that had taken place in November 2024. Despite having a lengthy criminal history, Canales was returned to the streets due to a policy known as “restorative justice.”

In court filings, the prosecution wanted Canales to remain in jail, citing his violent background. However, Galvan saw fit to allow this punk back onto the streets. The prosecution prophetically argued:

โ€œThere is a significant risk that if released, he would seek to intimidate or commit violence against witnesses. The safety of the public is at a great risk if he were released.โ€

Approximately two weeks later, Canales, with the help of an accomplice, Hayden Lusebrink, also 17, thought it would be fun to kidnap, stab, and disembowel a 14-year-old boy. Authorities say Canales and Lusebrink are accused of tying the victim to a tree, repeatedly stabbing him, and disemboweling him. That wasnโ€™t all. The victim was beaten, stomped on, and had the letter โ€œNโ€ carved into his chest. They also tried unsuccessfully to cut off his fingers. When it was over, the two monsters left him hanging in a tree at a park in Everett, WA. Somehow, unbelievably, the victim was able to get untied and go for help.

In this incident, both the victim and his killers have ties to the rival Norteรฑo and Sureรฑo gangs, both of which are illegal immigrant gangs, which is still no excuse for this unthinkable act of violence.

Court documents detailed the injuries sustained by the victim:

โ€œHis head was swollen on both sides and clearly deformed. His intestines were hanging outside of his body from the open wounds.โ€

Surveillance footage shows that the attack lasted for 20 minutes.

The victim identified Canales as his main attacker. When police arrested Canales, they discovered evidence linking him to the crime, including a bloody sweatshirt and a bloody pair of green boxers, according to KTTH.

Canales has multiple criminal charges and convictions dating back to 2022. For this attack, he is currently facing charges, including first-degree assault, first-degree kidnapping, and robbery. He avoided a murder charge because fortunately, the 14-year-old survived the heinous attack.

The attack was reportedly driven by gang rivalry and personal issues, with the victim acknowledging membership in the South Side Locos street gang.

Galvan sees herself as a radical activist jurist who claims to be part of the so-called โ€œresistance.โ€ In 2017 she posted this narcissistic and twisted revelation on Facebook.

โ€œWhat does resistance look like when you wear a black robe? I recognize that the institution I work for never expected me to occupy this space. But I shall occupy it by acknowledging my privilege and recognizing the institution I love has been complicit in perpetuating oppression.โ€

Jason Rantz with KTTH reported that releasing thugs is nothing new for Galvan. Rantz noted that it is โ€œpart of a pattern of releasing violent suspects, especially when theyโ€™re youth.โ€

In another case, Galvan released a teenage offender who, along with his older brother, used ghost guns during a carjacking and a high-speed chase in Seattle, disregarding concerns from both the juvenile probation counselor and the prosecutor.

In another example of Galvan’s lunacy, She released three teenagers accused of threatening parade-goers with guns modified with a Glock “switch” to make them fully automatic. In that case, the radical Galvan claimed that jail does not work.

โ€œWeโ€™ve detained people for years, years, and crime is still here. Children are committing inappropriate things, we still have behaviors that are concerning. This is going to take a lot more than just throwing people in and locking them up without a key.โ€

In 2014, Governor Jay Inslee appointed Galvan to the King County Superior Court, and many view this appointment as indicative of the radical left agenda. The only reason she remains on the bench is that she continues to run unopposed in elections. Galvan has dismissed criticisms of her activist judicial philosophy by claiming that her critics do not understand “the nuance” of her role as a judge.

KTTHโ€™s Jason Rantz put it this way. Galvan โ€œlittleโ€ฆunderstandsโ€ฆthe criminal justice system and her role in it. Sheโ€™s not there to end crime as we know it. Sheโ€™s there to enforce the law fairly and without bias and to protect victims and the public. Galvan trivializes the experiences of victims and overlooks a foundational principle of accountability.โ€

In her own words, Galvan states that she sees the system as oppressive and intends to use her โ€œprivilegeโ€ to fight the โ€œresistance.โ€ Unfortunately, her โ€œfightโ€ is misguided and extremely dangerous. She is a radical malcontent who sees injustice where there is none, and instead of dispensing true justice on the criminals, she releases them as part of her โ€œresistanceโ€ to authority.

Galvan is beyond dangerous. She is an enabler of the demented, which makes her unhinged actions a menace to society. She needs to be stopped now.
