School Willing To Pay $170,000 For Quotas And Division

There is a change in the air concerning idiotic ideas such as DEI. Some major corporations and universities are disbanding their departments and moving away from what was an asinine idea from the start. Only the radical left could conceive a concept that was so blatantly racist and then defend it as though it was gospel.

Sadly, there are still holdouts. The idea that skin color, gender, and sexual orientation should override genuine job qualifications is ridiculous. Yet the hard-line left pretends that they donโ€™t understand that all they are doing is creating division and displaying racism against Whites and Asians. They know precisely what they are doing. They know exactly how wrong it is, but their agenda wonโ€™t allow them to relent from their moronic agenda.

The University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Dentistry is a perfect example. Instead of backing away from this mindless concept, they foolishly embrace it and reward it. The school is trying to hire an โ€œAssistant Dean for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion,โ€ a position for which they are willing to pay $170,000.

In the job description, two of the qualifications are โ€œexperience in academic dentistryโ€ and a โ€œtrack record in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.โ€

โ€œThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives, fostering inclusive environments, and demonstrating a visionary approach to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion within an academic or healthcare setting,โ€ the job description stated.

Additionally, the ideal candidate:

โ€œwill be passionate about driving systemic changeโ€ and โ€œcommitted to fostering a culture where diversity is celebrated, and inclusion is the norm.โ€

The position for non-tenure track faculty is open rank and offers a salary ranging from $110,000 to $170,000 per year, based on the rank and commensurate with education and experience, as described in the job listing.

The position was posted on November 8, 2024. USMOD’s EDI staff webpage does not indicate whether it has been filled yet.

Eleanor Fleming previously filled the position. In 2022, UMSOD published a story about Fleming, who served as the inaugural assistant dean for equity, diversity, and inclusion and was hired in the fall of 2021.

Fleming expressed that she had not observed dentistry actively participating in efforts related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. This lack of engagement, combined with her desire for change following George Floyd’s death and the subsequent riots, made the position at UMSOD a suitable opportunity for her.

Yes, thereโ€™s nothing like the accidental death of a career criminal to stimulate unrelated racist change in a medical field. That way innocent people can be cared for by unqualified imposters.

Fleming appears to still serve as the assistant dean for EDI, as noted in her school bio.

The job description for UMSODโ€™s assistant dean for equity, diversity, and inclusion also states the person will help:

โ€œTo develop and advance an equity, diversity, and inclusion strategy,โ€ in collaboration with โ€œthe Dean, Chief of Staff, administration, faculty, and the broader University of Maryland School of Dentistry (UMSOD) community.โ€

UMSODโ€™s DEI page states that the school is:

โ€œCommitted to ensuring an environment of inclusion, equity, and equality for minority faculty, patients, staff, and students.โ€

My suggestion is simple: If you go to a dentist you have never been to before and you get a young dentist, ask them where they graduated from. If it was from USMOD, leave immediately.

Even if you had them removed, your wisdom teeth are speaking to you, and in the case of USMOD graduates, theyโ€™re saying GET OUT! GET OUT! GET OUT!
