Hard Times For Men, Dems Push “Conception Begins At Erection Act”
Please don’t get excited guys, or it may cost you. Sigh…. You can’t make this stuff up.
Two Democratic imbeciles in Ohio and another in Mississippi have decided to run a ridiculous bill up the flagpole that would penalize men for getting an erection. The idiots in Ohio are Reps Anita Somani and Tristan Rader, while Mississippi’s misfit is Senator Bradford Blackmon.
The point that they are futilely trying to make is obviously about abortion and what these fools call the policing of women’s bodies. Of course, women still have complete control over their bodies. There are many means of contraception available to them besides having an abortion. Liberals refuse to acknowledge that rather obvious point. However, the truth is by simply taking some preemptive responsibility; abortion would never even enter the situation.
This is nothing more than a laughable attempt to justify their pitiful existence, and they are too blind to see what fools they are making out of themselves. Their proposed “Contraception Begins at Erection Act” would make it illegal for men to have sex without trying to create a child. In a video released by Somani posted to Bluesky, she offered this ludicrous argument.
“Fair is fair, right?” If this legislature is so dedicated to regulating women’s bodies and their access to contraceptives and abortion care, then let’s start policing men in the same way. After all, it does take two to tango, right?”
“Our bill would make it illegal to discharge semen or genetic material without the intent to fertilize an embryo. You don’t get pregnant on your own. If you’re going to penalize someone for an unwanted pregnancy, why not penalize the person who is also responsible for the pregnancy?”
In a video, Rader said:
“This bill highlights the vast inequalities in how we talk about men’s bodies versus how we talk about women’s bodies. If you find this language to be absurd, then maybe you should find any bill attempting to restrict reproductive freedoms absurd as well.”
There are some exceptions to the rules in the bill. For instance, men in Ohio will not face fines for using birth control, donating sperm, masturbating, or engaging in sexual activities with another man or a member of the LGBTQ+ community. This indicates that the bill specifically targets cisgender men who have unprotected sex with women without the intention of conceiving a child.
Men ejaculating without the intent of conception would be charged with a felony and could face a fine of up to $10,000 under this proposed idiotic bill. According to the proposed legislation, men would face a $1,000 first offense, $5,000 second time, and $10,000 subsequent offense fine for ejaculating without the intent of conceiving a baby.
These publicity hogs argue that while there are many bills and discussions about what women should or should not do, there are no corresponding laws that hold men accountable in similar situations. For instance, the ongoing debates about abortion and contraceptive measures are prevalent across the country, yet the absence of legislation regulating men’s health and reproductive choices emphasizes a “double standard.” Blackmon thinks this bill will highlight the issue, which shows how twisted he is because there is no issue.
Blackmon then told Newsweek this outright blatant lie:
“You have male-dominated legislatures in Mississippi and all over the country that pass laws that dictate what a woman can and cannot do with her body. One of the reasons why this legislation is so important is that with the overturning of Roe v. Wade, it has not only impacted women’s ability to get abortion care, but it has also affected women’s ability to access basic gynecological care that includes contraceptive care.”
The problem with this moronic apples-to-bowling-balls comparison is obvious to anyone that has more than one functioning brain cell. Women are not being denied contraceptive care, and attempting to convince anyone that a man is a felon if he gets an erection and has sex without the intent of conception is (no pun intended) hard to swallow.
Fortunately, this bill has no chance of becoming law. However, it is another classic example of how Democrats lie and waste their time pursuing liberal agendas that do nothing for the American people other than waste their tax dollars.
These people are elected to serve their constituents; instead, they do the opposite. It’s criminal, and it needs to end. When reelection time rolls around, don’t make the same mistake again.
