Senate Democrats Hit An All-Time Low

The Democrats have now removed all doubt that they are a dying party. Not only are they dying, but they are deeply disturbed. Yesterday, all 45 Democrats voted against banning men from competing in women’s sports. Not only was it an exceptional display of callousness towards women, but it demonstrated that the party is suffering from the “Lemming Effect” which enables entire segments of a society to lose their sense of judgment all at the same time.  

The American people need to realize the gravity of what the Democrats did yesterday. Sticking together is one thing, but for an entire political party to vote for something irrational is frightening. It shows that either not one of them is capable of independent thought or none of them has the guts to step up and do the right thing.

Senator Tommy Tuberville, a Republican from Alabama, introduced the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025. A similar bill narrowly passed the House of Representatives in late January, with two Democrats siding with the Republican majority in its support.

The Republican supporters of the bill required at least seven Democrats to back a procedural vote for the legislation to progress to a final vote in the Senate. However, they did not receive any Democratic support. Although the bill garnered a majority of votes from senators, passing with a 51-45 tally, it ultimately fell short of the necessary three-fifths supermajority required for approval.

The bill aimed to amend Title IX, a federal law established in 1972 that prohibits discrimination based on a person’s “sex.” It sought to clarify that the term “sex” in Title IX’s section regarding athletics refers specifically to a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth, rather than their self-identified gender.

Biological men identifying as transgender women would not be eligible to compete in any athletic competitions designated for women.

Kristen Waggoner, the president of Alliance Defending Freedom, expressed disappointment at the Senate’s failure to advance the legislation. In a post on X she stated:

“Women and girls deserve their own sports and spaces. They deserve fairness and dignity, both on the playing field and in their locker rooms, and they deserve to know exactly who is voting against fairness, safety, and equal opportunity for female athletes.”

Mike Zamore is the national director of policy and government affairs at the American Civil Liberties Union. He agreed with the Democratic opposition to the legislation. 

“As anyone paying attention to the actions of the Trump administration can tell you, this bill is simply one part of a sweeping effort to push transgender people out of public life altogether. We need more attention on actually ensuring fair and equal opportunity for all girls and women, not inflicting invasive and humiliating checks and bullying on kids to serve adults’ political purposes.”

When morons like Zamore go on record trying to defend this abhorrent behavior, it’s laughable because half of half of what they say is always a lie and the other half actually makes the argument for banning men in women’s sports. Zamore’s opinion is a perfect example.

When Zamore says:

“As anyone paying attention to the actions of the Trump administration can tell you, this bill is simply one part of a sweeping effort to push transgender people out of public life altogether.”

He is an outright lying. Trump’s executive order simply prohibits men from competing in women’s sports. It says nothing about “pushing transgender people out of public life altogether.”

When He says:

“We need more attention on actually ensuring fair and equal opportunity for all girls and women, not inflicting invasive and humiliating checks and bullying on kids to serve adults’ political purposes.”

He is agreeing with the fact that men should not compete against women. The only way for girls and women to have an equal opportunity is to prevent men from invading their sports, and the only people who are humiliated are the girls and women who are forced to have men in their showers and locker rooms. Also, the only people using this ridiculous argument for political purposes are the Democrats. Everyone, unless they are mentally disturbed, understands the difference between men and women.

For this subject to even be discussed shows how pathetic the radical left Democrats have become. Here we are in 2025, and we are being forced to defend a biological reality to a bunch of irrational fools.

Genetics don’t change and chromosomes don’t lie, but Democrats sure do.
