Are The Tories Finally Meriting A Second Look?
I said I would never vote Conservative again. They betrayed the UK for 14 years of the last government and they have betrayed us since the end of World War Two on mass immigration. Most of them fought against Brexit. They were also the insane lunatics in charge during COVID and it was good old Boris who flew to Ukraine to extend the Ukraine War.
However, the fact is that some of them are FINALLY saying honest things on Islamic rape gangs. 30 years too lateโฆ..but Reform arenโt being this honest. Reform are expelling people for being this honest. Katie Lam MP is the only MP other than Rupert Lowe Iโve heard being honest about the racial and religious truth of the most disgusting crimes in British history.
Liz Truss also had a superb interview recently where she was honest about the nature of the Civil Service, the woke mind virus of the British ruling class and judiciary, and the need to emulate the policies and attitudes of Milei and Trump. The more she speaks the more obvious it becomes why she was removed by a Globalist plot coordinated between the money men who organised the run on the pound, the Bank of England taking measures and making statements to increase that run and undermine Truss, and the Civil Service and Remainer Tory MPs working all together with the media to remove her.
While still a Ukraine fanatic idiot, everything else about her was too sensible on economics to be allowed and too nationalist to be allowed. It seems clear that she was removed because she wanted real economic reform of the Trump/Milei kind.
If the Truss and Lam style of Tories, which includes for instance Jenrick, take complete charge of their party they are, despite 80 years of betrayal, better than Farage and Reform are now sounding.
None of this lessens my utter loathing and contempt for what the Tories did under Cameron and his ilk. One of the reasons Reform are now following the same pattern of uselessness and betrayal is that Farage has recruited Cameron era former Tory policy advisors, the same utter Blairite idiots who destroyed the Tory Party in recent times.
My ideal would be a right wing coalition and Iโd accept both Tories and Reform Faragists in that simply because we canโt let Labour anywhere near power ever again. I was one of the first probably to say the โthey are crap but at least they arenโt Labourโ argument was worthless, and Iโd still much, much prefer a genuine fully populist party that contained none of the Estsblishment bastards from any main party. But thatโs not where Britain is unless thereโs a huge injection of support and funds from Musk or someone similar.
The plain fact is that 1. The Con Inc crowd were despicable and worthless but 2. Labour have proven very rapidly that they are still much worse and 3. Senior Tory figures are now at least sounding better than senior Reform figures.
Do I trust Con Inc again? Not a bloody chance. But their betrayals are at least less recent than those of Farage. I do think Truss is telling the truth when she says she admires Milei and Trump. Farage is going in the opposite direction and telling us how much he admires Starmer.
Which of those sounds more like the direction we need?
