A Mouse, A Thug, And Democrats’ Soft Justice

This is a blend of two stories. Both end up with the guilty party being arrested, yet the circumstances aren’t remotely close.  In Tallahassee, Florida, police arrested a Chuck E. Cheese mascot on charges of using stolen credit cards.

In case you’re not familiar with Chuck E. Cheese’s (Which I find hard to believe), the mascot is a big rat/mouse named Charles Entertainment Cheese, who is referred to as Chuck E. Cheese or simply Chuck E. He is an anthropomorphic mouse (formerly a rat) and the main character of the Chuck E. Cheese restaurant chain.

The victim, Michelle Allen, visited a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant for her child’s birthday on June 28. Afterward, she noticed unknown charges on her debit card, which had gone missing.

According to ABC News, the purchases included items at a smoke shop, a meat market, and a Whataburger.

Allen took it upon herself to start investigating. She obtained security footage from the meat market and recognized an employee she had seen earlier at Chuck E. Cheese. With that information, she called the local police, who met her outside the restaurant.

Officers interviewed the suspect, identified as 41-year-old Jermel Jones. Jones was not in costume when Officer Jarrett Cruz arrived to speak with him, and he appeared to be very nervous, according to the police.

Cruz stepped outside after a brief conversation with Allen and another officer. When they returned, Jones was in full costume. In a hilarious scene, the police handcuffed Chuck E. and escorted him out of the restaurant.

Jones went to Leon County Jail and was bailed out after his $6,500 bond was posted.

Jones faced several felony charges, including larceny, unauthorized possession of someone else’s identification, and using the stolen debit card multiple times. I have no idea how much Jones charged, but since the card was used at a smoke shop, a meat market, and a Whataburger, I’m guessing it wasn’t earth-shattering, yet his bond was still $6,500.

Conversely, at least one of the members of the violent black group who attacked a white man following a verbal argument and a white woman who was sucker punched and knocked out cold was released two weeks earlier on $4,000 bond.

Montianez Merriweather, 34, was out on bail following a July 10 indictment on multiple charges. According to a Facebook post from Cincinnati FOP Queen City Lodge No. 69, the FOP’s post said Merriweather was indicted on July 10th for receiving stolen property, weapons under disability, improper transportation of a firearm, and carrying a concealed weapon.

Judge William Mallory, according to the FOP, gave Merriweather a $4,000 bond at 10 percent. Which means he only had to pony up $400 to be back on the streets with all of those felonies.

Merriweather is now accused of being one of two men charged in the downtown Cincinnati fight that went viral, as prosecutors assert that he coordinated the assault.

Merriweather and Jermaine Matthews, 39, are facing charges in Hamilton County Municipal Court, including felonious assault and aggravated riot.

During his arraignment on July 30 in Hamilton County Municipal Court, he was assigned a bond of $500,000. Matthews received a bond of $100,000, but a judge is expected to set an additional bond on July 31.

Cincinnati police Detective Barney Blank reported that video footage shows Merriweather approaching Matthews, whispering something to him, and then striking one of the victims in the face from behind.

Merriweather is a thug, and soft Democrat policies put him back on the street, which allowed him to allegedly orchestrate a vicious assault. Just two weeks after, a liberal judge gave him an essentially get-out-of-jail-free card, which is typical of weak liberal Democratic policies, he attacked again.

The MSM will ignore this attack because it was blacks attacking whites, which highlights the real danger of the death of journalism. This is an outrage that no one will acknowledge. This so-called judge, William Mallory, needs to be disbarred and removed from the bench. He was obviously influenced by the fact that Merriweather is black, and he didn’t want to step on anyone’s toes.

This can’t be allowed to pass as American Justice. The world is full of gray areas, but when things are black and white, judges need to be able to tell the difference.

A man who dressed in a mouse costume was given a higher bail than a known thug arrested for multiple felonies.

There aren’t three blind mice in this story. Just one blind and ignorant judge. Let’s pray Merriweather finally receives the punishment he deserves.
