Sultan Zohran’s Royal Wedding Should Be Disqualifying
Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani – the self-identified socialist who wants to abolish the NYPD, end private property, and push for government-run grocery stores, just celebrated a three-day lavish wedding on his million-dollar family estate… complete with armed guards protecting it.
You literally cannot make this up.
This is the same guy who spends his days lecturing hardworking New Yorkers about “equity,” attacking anyone who is wealthy, and calling the police dangerous. Yet when it’s his big day, suddenly private property is sacred, security is essential, and living in luxury is just fine.
And don’t forget his latest grand idea: forcing the city to open publicly-owned grocery stores in every borough. Bodega owners have been begging him to stop, warning that his plan would wipe them out completely. But Mamdani doesn’t seem to care. He honestly believes the same government that can’t fix a pothole or process a permit on time will somehow run a grocery chain better than small business owners who actually know what they’re doing.
Just imagine your local supermarket run like the DMV. Picture standing in line for hours to get milk, eggs, or baby formula. Picture shelves sitting empty because the city “didn’t get the delivery this week.” And imagine all of it subsidized by your tax dollars, while neighborhood bodegas close their doors for good.
Meanwhile, Mamdani continues to rail against private property—even as he hosts his wedding on a sprawling family estate. He attacks the wealthy—even as he enjoys a millionaire’s lifestyle. He says police are dangerous—even as he hires armed guards to keep his property safe.
This is exactly the kind of hypocrisy New Yorkers are sick of. Politicians like Mamdani want control over your safety, your property, and even where you buy your food. But when it comes to their own lives? They’ll never live by the rules they’re trying to force on everyone else. New Yorkers deserve better!
