The CBP App, Don’t Go Home Without It
KISS is an acronym for the idea of “Keep It Simple Stupid.” Far too often, people complicate things beyond what is necessary, when the easiest solution is frequently also the best.
When it comes to the problem of illegal immigration, it can be a highly complex issue. That said, the simplest solution, if you can make it happen, is to convince as many as possible who are here illegally to self-deport back to their home country.
That concept never crossed the minds of anyone in the Biden Administration. They were so focused on allowing unmonitored illegals into the country that any thought about halting the invasion was never considered. So, the idea of reversing it and hatching a plan to remove those that were already here was buried even deeper.
The Trump administration had a better idea. They reprogrammed the Customs and Border Patrol One App. (CBP). The app. previously allowed migrants to schedule asylum interviews under Biden, but now enables illegal aliens to submit their intent to leave the United States voluntarily. The good news is that tens of thousands of illegal aliens have already reportedly self-deported.
In early 2025, the Federation for American Immigration Reform estimated that there were 18.6 million illegal immigrants in the United States. So self-deportation is an essential part of any plan to decrease that amount.
“As of 2025, American population growth comes almost entirely from unsustainably high levels of immigration, both legal and illegal.”
The CBP Home app is part of a larger initiative aimed at encouraging illegal immigrants to voluntarily leave the United States. The administration is now offering these individuals $1,000 to facilitate their self-deportation, while also threatening to impose fines of nearly $1,000 per day for those who refuse to leave the country.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) also initiated an advertising campaign urging illegals to leave the country. The advertisement highlighted violent criminals apprehended by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), including a previously deported MS-13 murder suspect captured at Colony Ridge. In the ad, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem encouraged undocumented immigrants to:
“Do what’s right: leave now.”
ICE has released a guide on self-deportation on its website. This guide advises individuals who do not have legal status:
“You do not need to turn yourself into an ICE office if you intend to self-deport. You may simply leave the country.”
“If you’re illegally present in the U.S., you can leave at any time. You don’t have to wait for ICE officials to find, arrest, detain, and remove you. You can plan and organize your affairs. If ICE officials arrest you, there’s no going back — you may not have time to get your affairs in order, gather your belongings, or even say goodbye to the people you care about.”
“Removal comes with other consequences, too, including bars to reentry. Bars to reentry are penalties for violating U.S. immigration law.”
The law enforcement agency states under a subheading:
“If You Don’t self-deport, being barred from reentry means the U.S. government won’t let you come back into the U.S. — even for a short visit.”
When you are trying to undo such a massive mistake, you must utilize every means necessary. What the Biden administration did, IMHO, is grounds for treason. Trump inherited an immigration sh*t storm that no other administration in the history of the nation has ever had to deal with.
Reprogramming the app. was a stroke of genius, but like most accomplishments of Trump’s two administrations, it will be swept under the rug. Even now, liberal morons fight ICE at every turn and invent delusional locales that they have named “sanctuary cities.”
There is no such location in the United States that is a legal sanctuary for lawbreakers. Politicians and anyone else who don’t grasp that idea need to be introduced to a concept that should make it easier for them to understand: it’s called prison.
