The P Diddy Acquittal on more Serious Charges Again Shows the Left’s Claim of a Racist Judicial System is a Myth

The left can’t talk about race in America without using terms such as systemic inequality or institutional racism. As Senator Schumer himself stated before the Georgia Senate race in 2020 that the Democrats are determined to transform America. In order for the Democratic party to convince the nation that the country needs significant change, the left needs to constantly try to paint fake narratives and use misleading stories, such as the tragic death of George Floyd, to make absurd claims that America has a deeper racial problem. The left constantly makes nonsensical claims that blacks are more likely to be convicted and face harder sentences, with any factual basis to try and make a larger argument about supposed injustices in the US.

There was overwhelming evidence against well-known rapper and business mogul P Diddy. In addition to the many civil lawsuits that he was forced to settle for huge amounts, there were many videos and credible testimonials of people talking about sexual assault and violence that the disgraced celebrity was engaged in. A tape even leaked of P Diddy dragging his longtime assistant and girlfriend, Cassie, through the hallway. There were multiple people who worked for Diddy who testified about his temper and the constant violence he engaged in. Cassie discussed how the rapper sexually assaulted her as well. Despite this overwhelming evidence, Diddy was acquitted of all of the most serious federal charges against him, and since he’s already served a significant amount of time, the lower-level prostitution convictions he faces won’t even likely result in any additional jail time for him.

Diddy’s acquittal on the more serious charges he faced comes just several years after known pedophile R Kelly was able to evade jail time for decades despite overwhelming evidence against him. These cases show an inconvenient truth for the left in America that prefers narratives over facts. While the judicial system has flaws, justice in America, like most issues, is impacted by money, not race. Diddy was able to avoid serious criminal convictions despite being guilty despite clear evidence of his guilt because of his money, the rapper’s race was as irrelevant as Kelly’s was when he was able to beat multiple prosecutions as well. Diddy had a team of elite lawyers, just like Kelly did, and these individuals’ financial resources enabled them to beat the system.

There is no evidence of systemic racism in America, despite the constant lying and gaslighting by the left. Many universities, including top Ivy League schools, have lower admission standards for blacks, most corporations are desperate to appear more racially diverse, and the institutions in most cities with the largest black populations are usually run by black leaders. Both Chicago and New York have black majors, and so does Los Angeles. These cities have all had black heads of the police department as well. The notion that institutions run by blacks are racist against this race is as absurd as most of the baseless claims the failing Democratic party tries to make. The conviction rate and sentencing of black versus white individuals, when adjusted for the seriousness of the crime committed, show no racial disparities either. Black individuals make up nearly 50 percent of all arrests for violent crimes despite being just 12 percent of the US population. That rate of participation in violent crime is the issue, not racism. The fact that only 44 percent of black kids are growing up in 2 parent homes shows that the largest issue in this community, again, has nothing to do with supposed claims of nonexistent racism in the United States.

The Democratic Party and the left have preyed on the black community for years by talking about racism and trying to make these individuals feel like victims. The Democrats’ playbook for trying to get the black vote is to try to pump out videos of supposed police violence every election to try to claim that America is a racist country and Republicans are defending a broken system. The left is afraid to talk about reforming the failing public schools in the cities that this party has run into the ground, or talk about fathers being the household. Today’s Democrats don’t even believe in family values. Still, cases like R Kelly and Diddy again show is life in America is defined by money, not race, and the claims of institutional racism have no factual basis whatsoever. President Trump did better with the black community than almost any Republican President in history; he got nearly 30 percent of black men under the age of 30 to vote for him. The reality is that while the left is still using stale talking points to con he black community into voting for the Democrats’ failing agenda, the Republicans are talking about school choice, securing the border, and other issues these individuals care about. There is a reason home ownership in the black community was at near record levels when Trump was President, and the Republican party’s strength in this and other minority communities is only likely to grow moving forward as well.
