There Is Nothing Royal About The Canadian Mounted Police Anymore
The bloom is completely off the rose when it comes to the Canadian Mounted Police. Like far too many other proud institutions, wokeism has infiltrated one of the most recognizable police forces in the world.
Earlier this week, the CMP trotted out their “Non-Binary” spokesperson, Staff Sgt. Camille Habel to inform everyone that holding traditional values could be a sign of extremism.
“Well, radicalization in general quite often will show by people isolating themselves and changing their behavior, like changing what they’re saying on a subject, like becoming more extremist. If someone you know believed in equal gender rights but all of a sudden are leaning towards, like, traditional values and that might be a sign that they’re becoming more extremist.”
Then, realizing she had just stepped into a steaming pile of Liberal dung, the “Non-Binary” spokesperson tried to clean off he/she/its shoes.
“But we also have to remember that having the most extremist views is perfectly legal in Canada and that it’s only acting with violence to prove that view that becomes a criminal offense.”
What prompted this excuse to project far-left extremist views onto conservative Canadians was that, according to CTV news, Canadian federal police arrested and charged four Quebecers – two of whom appear to be active members of the military – who were allegedly involved in “ideologically motivated violent extremism.”
“Three of the individuals have been charged for taking concrete actions to facilitate terrorist activity, and two have been charged with various offences related to weapons possession.”
The joke here is that the only leftist extremists are the ones looting, burning, and rioting, but if by some chance these were right-wingers, which we don’t know yet, trying to tie extremism to traditional values is an unrealistic stretch that only a moronic leftist would try to make.
Conservative Ron Chhinzer put it this way:
“What we see here is our national police force utilizing the most basic concept of every religious group that a strong family is a strong community – and now we’re being told by our national police force that any pivot back to that, to revalue family values as we know it here in Western society, is actually moving towards an extremism.”
Maxime Bernier, the leader of the People’s Party of Canada, criticized the RCMP spokesperson and challenged the police to arrest him, posting on X, he said:
“This @rcmpgrcpolice officer says not believing gender nonsense anymore and switching to more traditional values may be a sign of ‘radicalization’! Come and arrest me, woke moron, I’m clearly a radical extremist who may be about to commit some terrorist act!”
Next up on the CMP log, as reported by Le Journal de Montreal
A Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer assigned to the G7 summit in Alberta last month is under investigation for posting violent threats against President Donald Trump and for leaking information about his movements during the summit.
The Le Journal report comes two days before the one-year anniversary of the assassination attempt on Trump at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, which wounded Trump and two supporters and resulted in the death of supporter Corey Comperatore.
On September 15, Trump narrowly escaped a second assassination attempt when a vigilant Secret Service agent fired at a would-be assassin armed with a rifle. The incident occurred near a hole at one of Trump’s golf courses in West Palm Beach, Florida, while Trump was playing just a few holes away.
The RCMP officer in Quebec is under criminal investigation for making threatening comments related to U.S. President Donald Trump’s visit to the G7. The paper’s sources state that the police officer allegedly leaked information about the movements of US President Donald Trump during his visit, which could have compromised his security.
“Corporal Éric Gasse of the RCMP confirmed that the individual made threatening comments online.”
Corporal Gasse confirmed that both a criminal investigation and an ethics investigation have been initiated regarding this incident.
“Within our walls, we cannot tolerate any violent remarks. The RCMP takes this very seriously.”
On the return flight to Washington, Trump attributed his decision to abruptly abandon the Group of 7 summit to operational security, stating he was concerned with security breaches.
“I don’t believe in telephones, because people like you listen to them,” he told reporters on Air Force One. “Being on the scene is much better, and we did everything I had to do at the G7.”
The Red Serge which is the ceremonial dress uniform of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, consists of a military pattern scarlet tunic tailored from serge fabric, with a high collar, and blue breeches with a yellow stripe identifying a cavalry history, a Stetson hat with a Montana peak, a Sam Browne belt, and high brown leather boots with a white rope.
That’s quite a uniform, yet it’s the people who wear it that count. Like the British, Canada’s pomp and circumstance approach has become a clown show. Sending out a man dressed as a woman to tell normal Canadians that traditional values are extreme was a bad choice, and having an officer make damning statements about the U.S. President, who has already endured two assassination attempts, says a lot about the discipline that’s missing in the current force.
The CMP uniform used to be iconic, but now, thanks to embracing being woke, there is nothing royal about it. All you’re left with is a red coat and a funny hat.
