Black Judges’ Unfairly Lenient Treatment Of Black Criminals Must Be Exposed And Stopped

Democrats, especially black Democrats, love to scream “Racism” when it suits their agenda. They openly call white people “Racists,” to muddy the waters surrounding any incident when a black and white person are involved, even when blacks are the perpetrators and whites are the victims.

However, when black judges blatantly favor black criminals by either lowering bond requirements to ridiculously low levels or by handing out significantly reduced sentences, the racial disparity needs to be exposed, and the judges need to be disciplined.

Recently, another two incidents occurred that define the unjust racism that black liberal judges are doling out to black criminals.

By now, I’m sure you have heard and read about the violent beating that a man and a woman, both white, suffered in Cincinnati last month at the hands of seven black assailants.

Court proceedings have begun for the suspects, and already, the judge involved has revealed his racially motivated liberalism. According to WCPO, Judge Alan Triggs originally set the bond amounts for two individuals: a secure bond of $200,000 for 24-year-old Dekyra Vernon and a secure bond of $300,000 for 25-year-old Aisha Devaughn.

Now, Triggs has lowered the bonds for both women to $25,000, which means both are only responsible for paying $2,500. The reduction is ridiculous, but the reason for it is moronic. All the Defense attorney for these two thugs had to do was mention January 6th, the over hyped nothing burger that the left is still calling an insurrection that has absolutely nothing to do with the violence that took place in Cincinnati.

Clyde Bennett II, Vernon’s defense attorney, argued that his client was being overcharged and that the events of that night had been mischaracterized. He stated:

“The January 6, 2021, attack on the United States Capitol was a riot. When people gather with the intention of planning a crime, that’s not what occurred on Fourth Street, Your Honor.”

“The catalyst for the bonds in this case is race and politics, not the law.”

Kip Guinan, prosecuting attorney for Hamilton County, strongly disagreed:

“This case has nothing to do with race. This case has absolutely nothing to do with politics. I’m the most apolitical guy you’ll find. This case is about what these people did, what these victims suffered.”

Despite the fact that the two women had clearly been involved in this violent attack, Triggs lowered the bonds without any regard for the victims.

Two black female thugs, represented by a black lawyer, urge a black judge to reduce the bond without any objective justification, and despite a common-sense argument by a white District attorney, the judge rules in favor of the black thugs, kicking the white victims’ rights to the curb.

Another egregious case of black judicial favoritism took place in Kentucky. Armond Langford, a black man, was sentenced to 14 years in prison in February 2024 after being convicted on charges of robbing multiple people who were withdrawing cash from ATMs from August 2021 to November 2021.

However, in July 2024, Judge Jessica Green, who is black, granted a request for something called “shock probation,” in which the surprise of being set free is allegedly what keeps the criminal from reoffending.

“Shock probation?” The only thing that is shocking is that an imbecile would release someone sentenced to 14 years in prison after a measly five months.

It’s no surprise that this hoodlum reoffended. On Friday, Langford was arrested after kidnapping a white woman and her two children at knifepoint and forcing them to drive to a bank demanding $20,000.

Brandon Strong, the husband and father of the victims, told WHAS-TV:

“He opened our back door and told them to get in the car…. They got in the car. They drove to the bank. He held a knife to her the whole time; he was telling her to drive faster.”

He added that his wife suffered a non-life-threatening stab wound.

The news outlet reported that:

“An arrest slip says Langford held the knife to the woman’s throat as she drove to the bank.”

“Langford got an unknown amount of money, then ran away from the scene.”

Karl Price, a black former prosecutor and a defense attorney, sounded as though he was defending Green’s order, saying that her order had multiple restrictions on Langford. According to WHAS, Price said this:

“Obviously, the judge felt extremely concerned that she needed to put some protections in place.”

The order called for Langford to be put on a:

“High level of probation supervision. The discretion of Probation and Parole is basically unfettered in these circumstances. When Probation and Parole has that type of authority, that is about as air-tight as you can make it when giving someone a chance.”

Air-tight?  Is this what Green considers air-tight?

Langford was ordered to stay at his mother’s house and obey her “house rules,” seek outpatient treatment, and be drug tested at random.

Price seemingly sheepishly offered this concession:

“If I had a crystal ball, I could probably see it in my crystal ball. Somewhere between the judge’s order and today, someone dropped the ball.”

Someone dropped the ball, alright. Democratic Gov. Andy Beshear is the one who appointed this fool to the bench in 2022.

Louisville council member Anthony Piagentini didn’t hide his anger, posting this on X:

“He was sentenced to 14 years in prison for multiple violent armed robberies, and then was granted shock probation by a judge. I will find out who that judge was and seek to impeach them. They are responsible for this man terrorizing this family and our community.”

Langford is charged with first-degree robbery, kidnapping-adult, kidnapping-minor, and first-degree assault, but it could have been much worse.

It’s bad enough that radical Democrat judges have turned the courts into a revolving door justice system, but in far too many cases, black judges are showing extreme prejudicial treatment of black criminals.

I’m not a psychiatrist or a psychologist, so I don’t know if this is being done as some sort of deep-seated show of reparations, but I do know that it is not justice, and innocent people are being placed in harm’s way.

Justice should be colored blind, with no exceptions. Judges who violate that judicial concept need to be eliminated.
