FEMA Busted For Porn And Bestiality

First, I want to say that last year, when we were slammed with two Category three hurricanes in thirteen days, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), was very timely and fair with us. They were helpful and easy to work with, so personally, we have no issues with the treatment we received.

That said, some people were not as fortunate as we were. I wrote a column about whistleblowers who came forward saying that houses with Trump signs or flags were deliberately skipped because of their political affiliation.

Since then, various other criticisms have arisen about the organization that are severe enough that, moving forward, it may be disbanded, and the services it provides may be placed under state control.

Now, a report by The New York Post is definitely not going to help its reputation. The report claims that two FEMA workers were fired for watching “heinous pornography.”

The FEMA firings follow the DHS chief’s dismissal of twenty-four IT workers at the agency due to severe cybersecurity failures that compromised government networks and endangered operations.

This issue is that an internal investigation revealed the workers were watching this pornography on government devices. The smut reportedly included “racially charged” pornography and “bestiality,” according to DHS officials who oversee FEMA.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was incensed over the behavior of the workers who were fired.

“These individuals had access to critical information and intelligence and were entrusted to safeguard Americans from emergencies, and instead they were consuming pornography. In at least one case, the pornography consumed was racially charged and involved bestiality.”

“Under President Trump’s leadership, we are cleaning house at FEMA to make this dysfunctional agency work for the American people the way that it was intended.

For decades, these bureaucrats engaged in every act imaginable except safeguarding the American people from natural disasters. That ends now.”

The Post reported that, according to DHS officials:

“One of the employees was fascinated by ‘bestial fantasies’ as well as ‘racism-infused sexual encounters,’ while the other had ‘extensive interactions’ with others on Reddit boards and shared sexually graphic content, some of which was ‘racially charged.”

Allegedly, one of these schmucks used his device to (Get ready), “type phrases into a chatbot website just so they could be read aloud in another accent.”

One of the tamer phrases stated:

“Sit on your captain’s (expletive) as we cover each other in bees.”

Right, OK then.

The Post also reported that:

“The employee’s crass coworker, meanwhile, logged onto Reddit for twisted purposes at least 578 times over a 30-day period.”

FEMA certainly did not need this type of negative publicity. They have one of those jobs where it is almost an impossibility to please everyone. Keep in mind that FEMA is most needed when people are at their worst. They’re stressed, and in many cases, they may have lost all of their possessions and may have lost loved ones.

In this case, both employees were based at FEMA’s remote Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center near Bluemont, Virginia, designed to protect the nation from emergencies, terrorist attacks, and nuclear disasters.

Still, the thought that while people are suffering, FEMA employees are watching porn is disgusting and totally unacceptable.

There must be accountability for this type of deviant behavior. Firing these employees is a start, but if it can be proven that this behavior delayed or prohibited the help that people were desperate for, or endangered the country in any manner, then criminal charges should be pursued.
