Liberal Non-Deterrent Justice Is No Justice At All

Just like any story should have a beginning, middle, and an end, any justice scenario concerning a serious crime should have an arrest, trial, and incarceration if the individual is found guilty. Depending on the crime, the incarceration stage should begin between the arrest and the trial. That segment of the justice scenario signifies the gravity of the charge and ensures that the accused person is not at large in public.

Being locked up before your trial is a definite deterrent not to commit or threaten to commit heinous crimes. That said, Democrats refuse to understand this vital cog in the judicial system. This is not a mindless oversight; this is a deliberate disregard for public safety so that liberal judges can follow the party line of soft justice.

Tyler Maxon Avalos, a 29-year-old wack-job, was arrested on Oct. 16th after a tip alerted the FBI of an alleged murder-for-hire plot the suspect had posted about on TikTok earlier this month.

His target was Attorney General Pam Bondi, and his post included a picture of Bondi with a “sniper’s red dot” on her forehead. The caption read:

“WANTED: Pam Bondi / REWARD: $45,000 DEAD OR ALIVE/(PREFERABLY DEAD).”

Under the photo, he added, “Cough cough. When they don’t serve us, then what?”

Avalos, who uses the name “Wacko” on TikTok and has a link to “An Anarchist FAQ Book” in his profile, has had his share of convictions, including prior raps for domestic battery in Florida (2016) and stalking in Minnesota in July of 2022.

Still, his past and recent diabolical posts concerning the Attorney General of the United States were not enough for another liberal judge to hold him for trial. Instead, Judge Douglas Micko released Avalos without bail onto an unsuspecting public.

You don’t have to be a criminal mastermind to understand that this guy is dangerous and should not be on the streets while awaiting trial. Like you probably have, I’ve watched enough Datelines, 48 Hours, and 20/20’s to know that this lunatic’s crimes are escalating, so why wave a red flag in front of a bull by setting him free?

Micko released Avalos with GPS monitoring and ordered him to continue his mental health treatment and also prohibited him from using a computer or any online service without the approval of his probation officer.

That’s just not good enough.

Recently, I wrote a column on another malcontent who was a Teaching Assistant at Illinois State University. This punk’s name is Derek Lopez, and in my previous column, he was arrested for flipping over the tables of a Turning Point USA display on campus.

However, earlier this week, he was arrested again for threatening President Trump. According to an FBI memo obtained by Fox News:

“The arrest follows a month-long investigation coordinated with the above agencies, which also included the Illinois State University Police Department, regarding Lopez’s online and in-person activities. Lopez is alleged to have recently made threats against a sitting President, which prompted the current federal charges.”

BREAKING: Derek Lopez, the former ISU teaching assistant who was arrested for flipping over a TPUSA table, was just arrested AGAIN for reportedly making threats towards President Trump.

Following Lopez’s court hearing on Wednesday, FBI Director Kash Patel warned other would-be perpetrators, telling Fox News:

“The threats against President Trump allegedly posted by this individual are heinous and have no place in American society.”

Regarding his alleged threats against Trump, Lopez’s preliminary and detention hearings are scheduled for Monday, November 3rd.  At that time, we’ll see if another liberal judge will do the same thing and allow Lopez, a man who has been arrested twice in one month, to walk free before his trial.

There have been countless examples of repeat offenders having been set free by radical judges who then went on to commit horrible crimes. These are two cases where the stories have yet to be fully resolved. Let’s pray nothing terrible happens.
