Adventures in Clown World: November 2025

Hello all, it’s been a while since we’ve added another entry to the “Adventures in Clown World” series here on RVIVR. Therefore, I thought it would be fitting to end the Thanksgiving holiday with another post in this long-running series.

Without further ado, let’s look at three absurd stories in American politics and culture from the month of November 2025.

#1 Three THUGS beat to death a survivor of the 9/11 terrorist attack

We are nearly 25 years removed from the horrific 9/11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center on New York City. One of the survivors of the attack was a man by the name of Roger Borkum. According to his obituary, Borkum worked in Building 7 of the World Trade Center until July 2001—a mere two months until the WTC towers came down.

Borkum, a 64 year-old native of Long Island, later moved to Jacksonville, Florida—where he ended up being the victim of a heinous crime. The three thugs allegedly beat Borkum to death in the middle of the night on October 19th in Jacksonville.

We live in a sad state in “Clown World” where people can narrowly escape one tragic event to only be the victim of another one later.

#2 MTG’s Feminist, Anti-male Crash-out on Twitter/X

For those who don’t know, the firebrand MAGA Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (MTG) recently announced her resignation from Congress last week. Following President Trump’s recent attacks MTG over the Epstein files, the Georgia Congresswoman surprised many people by releasing a video on Twitter/X announcing her resignation from Congress effective January 2026.

Understandably, many MAGA online influencers criticized MTG for leaving Congress during the middle of her term. With a slim Republican majority in the US House of Representatives, MTG’s resignation clearly hampers the ability for Congressional Republicans to pass any meaningful legislation before the 2026 midterm elections.

Instead of gracefully exiting the political arena, MTG decided to crash-out on the very people who elected her to Congress—i.e. Republican men. In a strange twist, MTG posted an extremely derogatory, feminist-inspired post on Twitter/X targeting Republican men broadly.

Even better, MTG’s last day in Congress (1/6/26) will allow her to collect her Congressional pension after only serving five years in Congress. If MTG were to leave Congress between now and January 2026, then she would not qualify for a Congressional pension. So, her timing for leaving Congress is definitely suspect to say the least.

Only in a “Clown World” does a supposed “MAGA” Congresswoman decide to make herself into the victim after making millions of dollars in Congress off the backs of her former supporters. In fact, MTG’s net worth has skyrocketed from roughly $700k to $25 million after just five years in Congress.

So long, MTG. You won’t be missed in the “America First” movement.

#3 Somalis in Minnesota steal Hundreds of Millions of taxpayer dollars

Over the last thirty years, the state of Minnesota has experienced a massive influx of Somalian immigrants. During the Obama administration alone, over tens of thousands refugees arrived in Minnesota from their war-torn home country of Somalia. Consequently, tens of thousands of these third-world immigrants have settled in the Minneapolis-St Paul metro area and are causing negative impacts on the area—specifically defrauding taxpayers of hundreds of millions of dollars.

Earlier this month, the US Department of Justice indicted a Somali immigrant named Abdirashid Bixi Dool for his alleged involvement in the Feeding Our Future Fraud Scheme. For those who don’t know, the Feeding Our Future (FOF) scam involved Somali immigrants who stole hundreds of millions of federal funds that were supposed to go to feeding low-income families during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Similarly, a Minnesota jury convicted a Somali named Abdimajid Mohamed Nur to 10 years in prison last week for his involvement in the FOF scam. The many criminal indictments and convictions connected to the Feeding Our Future (FOF) scam has attracted significant scrutiny with political commentators and federal investigators alike. Twitter/X user Mario Nawfal and others shared bombshell information about the FOF scam in Minnesota:

Only in “Clown World” would our country allow a group of third-world immigrants to steal hundreds of millions of dollars from taxpayers over multiple years.
