BBC News “Presenter” Catches Heat For Saying Pregnant “Women”

Every time I learn about something like this, I still get upset over the nauseating kowtowing that is done to accommodate the morons on the radical left. How can anyone justify the deliberate defiance of right and wrong, and common sense, not to mention science and biology?

To knowingly defame and harass people for speaking the truth is unforgivable and nothing short of sheer madness.

This past June, BBC news presenter Martine Croxall, while giving a presentation about the dangers of extreme heat, ignored the teleprompter that contained the phrase “pregnant people” as a standalone statement and instead added the correct designation “women,” accompanied by an eyeroll.

“Malcolm Mistry, who was involved in the research, says that the aged, pregnant people — women! — and those with pre-existing health conditions need to take precautions.”

This should have been a “nothing burger,” especially since video of the newscast quickly spread on social media, with most people celebrating Croxall’s statement as an act of defiance in a world that is attempting to eliminate women in the name of “inclusion.”

In recent years, “pregnant people” has become one of those expressions that the left has tried to shove down the general population’s throats. Delusional liberals, knowing full well that men cannot get pregnant, insist that we all play word games that defy logic, just to accommodate a demented few who choose to ignore science and reality.

Initially, BBC executives supported Croxall, explaining that her eye roll was a reaction to the awkward incorporation of phrases from the press release accompanying the research. These phrases included “aged,” which is not aligned with BBC style, and “pregnant people,” which did not accurately reflect what Dr. Mistry stated.

However, the BBC Executive Complaints Unit (ECU) alleged that Croxall’s actions suggested a “controversial view about trans people” and fell “short of the BBC’s expectations of its presenters and journalists in relation to impartiality.”

“The ECU considered the facial expression which accompanied the change of ‘people’ to ‘women’ laid it open to the interpretation that it indicated a particular viewpoint in the controversies currently surrounding trans identity, and the congratulatory messages MS Croxall later received on social media, together with the critical views expressed in the complaints to the BBC and elsewhere, tended to confirm that the impression of her having expressed a personal view was widely shared across the spectrum of opinion on the issue.”

Are you kidding me?

Only around 20 viewers had contacted the BBC to complain about Croxall’s actions on air. Consider those measly 20 complaints compared to the fact that Croxall’s social media following jumped from 56,000 to 127,000 after she changed the BBC script.

Another major factor that the wimps at the ECU chose to ignore is that in April, the UK Supreme Court issued a ruling stating that “Woman” refers to an actual female, and that so-called transgender “women” who are gender confused men are not women.Top of Form

So, riddle me this. If the UK Supreme Court acknowledged that a “Woman” is scientifically and biologically female, then it was not Croxall’s opinion; it was decreed by GOD as well as the UK’s highest court. That means whoever loaded the teleprompter with the deceptive and misleading phrase “pregnant people” is the one who needs to be disciplined for inserting their woke beliefs into the newscast.

The fact that there are two sexes is not an opinion; it is a fact. Men are men, and Women are women; that is decided by a higher power at birth. Stop punishing the innocent, because a few delusional snowflakes have their unnaturally tender sensibilities offended.

This nonsense is getting more intolerable by the day. It’s time to wake up from being woke.
