The “Seditious Six” Needs To Be A Name That Lives On In The Annals Of Prosecution History

The Democrats have played with fire on many occasions, but it’s time to put out the fire of gaslighting, deceit, and, in this case, actual sedition. Sedition is the offense of promoting insurrection or rebellion against the government, typically through speech or other forms of publication. It includes actions such as conspiring to disrupt the government’s lawful operations or inciting violence.

The essence of sedition lies in provoking discontent, animosity, or disdain towards the government with the aim of causing its overthrow or destruction of order.

“Seditious intent,” which is the intent to bring hatred or contempt upon the government, excite disaffection, or incite subjects to attempt to alter the government by unlawful means.

Six Democrats have conspired to gaslight the American public by setting a stage that doesn’t exist. They are now openly trying to convince America that the military should defy President Trump if they consider any of his orders to be illegal. Of course, they can’t name any illegal orders that have been given. They are telling the military to make their own interpretations of an order and, if they believe it is unlawful, to disobey it.

In an organization like the military, there can be no questioning of orders among the ranks. Orders must be followed without question, or people will die. The president serves as the civilian Commander-in-Chief, holding supreme command and control over the armed forces. Since the president is a civilian, whoever holds the office is not subject to military discipline or court-martial. This role involves making decisions, signing or vetoing legislation related to warfare, directing military operations as outlined by Congress, and exercising authority over the military. Meanwhile, the Secretary of Defense manages the Department of Defense under the president’s guidance. This relationship is a crucial component of the U.S. system of civilian control over the military.

The truth is obvious: if the president were anyone else besides Trump, these six radical leftists would never suggest anything as dangerous as this. The “Seditious Six” consists of Democratic Sens. Mark Kelly of Arizona, Elissa Slotkin of Michigan, and House Reps. Chris Deluzio of Pennsylvania, Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire, Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, and Jason Crow of Colorado.

Among other public statements, these traitors created a video that began with the statement:

“We want to speak directly to members of the military and intelligence community.”

It continued with:

“This administration is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens … Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear; you can refuse illegal orders. … You must refuse illegal orders. No one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our Constitution.”

Naturally, none of the six individuals can provide examples of Trump giving illegal orders, but the implication is clear: he has likely done so.

Trump wasted no time responding to the ridiculous claims. He posted on Truth Social:

“SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!”

Yesterday, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth posted on social media:

“The video made by the ‘Seditious Six’ was despicable, reckless, and false. Encouraging our warriors to ignore the orders of their Commanders undermines every aspect of ‘good order and discipline.’ Their foolish screed sows doubt and confusion, which only puts our warriors in danger.”

“Five of the six individuals in that video do not fall under @DeptofWar jurisdiction (one is CIA, and four are former military but not “retired”, so they are no longer subject to UCMJ [Uniform Code of Military Justice]). However, Mark Kelly (retired Navy Commander) is still subject to UCMJ—and he knows that.”

“As was announced, the Department is reviewing his statements and actions, which were addressed directly to all troops while explicitly using his rank and service affiliation, lending the appearance of authority to his words. Kelly’s conduct brings discredit upon the armed forces and will be addressed appropriately.”

ABC News reported that the War Department posted that it is reviewing Kelly’s case and that he could be called back to active duty to face court-martial proceedings or other administrative punishments, such as a reduction in rank or pension entitlement.

The department went on to post that it:

“Reminds all individuals that military retirees remain subject to the UCMJ for applicable offenses, and federal laws such as 18 U.S.C. § 2387 prohibit actions intended to interfere with the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the armed forces. Any violations will be addressed through appropriate legal channels.”

“All servicemembers are reminded that they have a legal obligation under the UCMJ to obey lawful orders and that orders are presumed to be lawful. A servicemember’s personal philosophy does not justify or excuse the disobedience of an otherwise lawful order.”

In typical fashion, the narrow-minded and self-centered Kelly responded to Hegseth’s post with one of his own, trying to project his and his ilk’s intentions on President Trump.

“If this is meant to intimidate me and other members of Congress from doing our jobs and holding this administration accountable, it won’t work. I’ve given too much to this country to be silenced by bullies who care more about their own power than protecting the Constitution.”

These are six examples of Democrats who are so eaten up with TDS that they are willing to create a fantasy that doesn’t exist to attack Trump. The difference is that this may put the lives of our military personnel in grave danger.

Republicans cannot allow this travesty to slide, like far too many other radical left attacks on freedom. The lies behind this farce must be relentlessly exposed to the public, and, most importantly, these six lying antagonists must be made an example of.

The public is sick of hearing Republicans make threats and then take no action. The Democrats have placed themselves in the middle of this dilemma, and they must be punished to the full extent of the law.
