Another Liberal Loon Lays A Rotten Egg In Maryland’s Deep Blue Nest

Second, what do Democrats and garbage cans have in common? If you step on their foot, their mouths open, and there is nothing but garbage inside.

Say hello to the newest liberal loon, a Democratic state Delegate named Adrian Boafo. When you talk about liberal insanity and the waste of state government time, bills like the one Boafo has proposed needs to be considered as one of the most incoherent.

According to this dweeb, if you are a federal agent risking your life on a daily basis, that service for the American people should disqualify you from serving as a law enforcement officer in Maryland.

Boafo in a post on X:

“This year, I introduced legislation to ensure ICE officers can never serve in any of Maryland’s police forces. Why? Because they are not trained, they are not qualified, and Marylanders deserve people who will protect them.”

Boafo also told WBAL-TV

“We don’t want you here in Maryland at all. The message is two-fold: One, we are going to do everything we can to make sure this is not revisionist history. Two, if you are the type of person who wants to be involved in that, don’t come to Maryland.”

Believe it or not, attacking federal agents wasn’t enough for him. This weasel then turned on the residents of Maryland, who may be considering signing up to be a protector of the Constitution.

According to WTOP-TV:

“If you are somebody who sat there and watched TV and said, ‘I like what they’re doing, and I want to go join them in this fight to separate and tear families apart,’ we don’t want you in Maryland.”

“We want to make sure we have folks of principle who are joining us, not folks who want to tear families apart.”

The irony is that Maryland has three separate nicknames, and Boafo is trashing all of them in order to stay loyal to a radical agenda of hate.

The three nicknames are “America In Miniature,” “Old Line State,” and “Free State.” Boafo’s statements do not represent America in Miniature; they certainly don’t honor the respect of yesteryear, and his remarks definitely don’t represent freedom if you are telling people to stay out of your state.

WBFF reported that Bur Harford County Sheriff Jeff Gahler said the proposal was nothing but politics.

“How sad can Maryland’s legislator, how low can they go?”

“The hate, the Trump derangement system would be the basis” for denying immigration agents the chance to serve as police officers.

Betsy Smith, a representative of the National Police Association, added that the proposal was deranged.

“It sounds as though this politician wants people to believe that an ICE agent can just come into their town and tomorrow be a patrol officer in their town… It’s simply ridiculous.”

According to the Daily Record, Republican Delegate Kathy Szeliga was even more direct:

“This is a dumb idea. Law enforcement hiring should be based on the training, experience, and conduct of the candidate, not a partisan litmus test tied to some president you don’t like.”

Republican House Minority Leader Jason Buckel then understated the obvious by saying Boafo’s ridiculous bill had “questionable legality to begin with” and called it “a politically posturing bill and not worthy of serious consideration.”

“What’s happening in some of these incidents are terrible. Tragic, but to suggest that the response to that is to bar federal workers from working for the state government? I’m pretty sure that most ICE agents aren’t suited up with gear on the streets. A lot of them are bureaucrats.”

Look, Democrats, today throw outrageous ideas against the wall to see what will stick, for no other reason than to stay in lockstep with their radical counterparts. What is right or wrong doesn’t enter into their reasoning, nor does what is best for their constituents.

This is a feeble-minded leftist clone who is doing what every Democrat does. They make outrageous leftist claims for no other reason than to gain some publicity to show how liberal they are.

Today’s Democrats are like peacocks with no tail feathers. They put their asses in the air to try and impress, but no one other than the most naïve could care less.
