Canada’s Radical Transgender Policies Punish Logic And Truth
Canada has been sliding into leftist oblivion for some time. Wokeism, like anything else, has different compartments, and liberals pick and choose which one they want to push at any given time. One area they have unceasingly, and unfairly, jammed into societal laws is the myth of transgenderism.
In Canada, transgenders are now protected to an absurd level. The insanity surrounding these deniers of reality has reached mind-numbing levels, where innocent people are being punished for committing no crimes other than telling the truth or asking an innocent question.
As American citizens, we see our share of imbecilic decisions, but Canada seems content not only to slam the door on common sense but also to nail it shut. These two examples are outrageous miscarriages of justice. So much so, I can’t believe that rational thought from someone hasn’t raised a loud enough protest to correct them immediately.
Let’s consider a hair salon named Station10 that uses an advanced booking system for managing appointments. One of the questions on the booking form is a logical one: it asks prospective customers to indicate whether they are male or female.
The question is not only logical, but it’s also perfectly innocent. Yet all it takes is one malcontented snowflake to stir up controversy where there should be none.
In this case, it’s a freak named Alexe Frédéric Migneault, a bald-headed troll with a tattooed dome. Which begs the question, if it’s bald with a tattooed head, why is it filling out a form for a hair salon? Could it be that this narcissistic troublemaker was looking for a quick buck and its 15 minutes of fame?
Migneault identifies as “non-binary.” So, because it’s delusional, everyone else has to suffer.
Migneault offered this weak explanation to the CBC for its made-up self-inflicted situation.
“‘Choose whichever’ is something that is said a lot to non-binary people, but it’s extremely tricky for us to do that. As soon as we pick one of these two options, we force ourselves to become either completely invisible… or we have to come out.”
Come out?
That’s lunatic verbiage for having to admit the truth to itself.
Even though they were obviously dealing with a self-centered, attention-seeking parasite, the salon responded to Migneault’s questions by telling it to “choose whichever” and reassured it that they could be fully accommodating. It was also noted that the form was only a guideline.
That explanation, although truthful and obviously sensible, wasn’t good enough for Migneault. It scurried its non-binary hind parts down to Quebec’s Human Rights and Youth Rights Commission to pursue legal action against the salon, despite the fact that Station10 “offered Migneault three free haircuts and changed its website to include a non-gendered option.”
Nope, that still wasn’t good enough for this societal leech. In an email, it claimed that “forcing a non-binary person to choose between male and female is a form of erasure.”
Migneault should have been escorted off the premises, having been severely warned not to ever attempt such a lame extortion plan again. This is an obvious case of an attention whore acting like a spoiled child, but this is Canada in 2026.
In their infinite ignorance, the CDPDJ decided in 2024 that Migneault had been a victim of discrimination and advised Station10 to cough up $500 to mitigate the risk of a lawsuit.
Station10 declined. Co-owner Alexis Labrecque described the shakedown as “extortion.”
The National Post reported that Migneault made an outrageous claim to try to justify its ludicrous position.
Migneault, ….
“requested $12,500 from the salon, for ‘moral damages, material damages and punitive damages,’” claiming that the experience caused “their mental health to deteriorate, leading to them leaving their place of employment and having thoughts about committing suicide.”
This clown expects us to believe that a hair salon form caused it to have suicidal thoughts. If that were the case, it deserves to be in a room with rubber wallpaper rather than roaming around, trying to force others to conform to its hallucinations.
In another outrageous case, a former school board trustee in Canada was ordered by a human rights tribunal to pay a $750,000 fine to a teachers’ association. The trustee had criticized a pro-LGBT member for posting sexual content and had also pointed out the biological fact that there are only two genders.
The fine was levied against Barry Neufeld, a former Chilliwack, British Columbia, school trustee, after a February 18th decision by the BC Human Rights Tribunal.
The ruling, I can’t call it a decision, because I equate a decision with something that involves thought, and this clearly was devoid of that.
The tribunal ruled:
“If a person elects not to ‘believe’ that gender identity is separate from sex assigned at birth, then they do not ‘believe’ in transpeople. This is a form of existential denial.”
“A person does not need to believe in Christianity to accept that another person is Christian. However, to accept that a person is transgender, one must accept that their gender identity is different than their sex assigned at birth.”
That may be the stupidest comparison I have ever heard. Talk about apples and bowling balls, this group needs to be disbanded, and all of its members deported to the island of misfit fascists.
The tribunal also concluded that 24 of Neufeld’s publications amounted to discrimination and constituted hate speech. It ruled that the per-person dollar amounts awarded were “reasonable, if not modest.”
LifeSiteNews reported that Neufeld was released late last year after criticizing a trustee for posting sexual content online.
Let that sink in. Neufeld complains about inappropriate postings by a trustee, and they vindictively punish him. How many times have we seen this in the past? A radical liberal does something wrong, they scream bloody murder when they get caught, and then try to project the blame onto whoever caught them.
On November 24, 2025, Neufeld turned himself in at the Chilliwack Law Courts after he could not pay fines for criticizing the election of school trustee Carin Bondar, who created sexually explicit “science” videos.
The complaint against Neufeld was filed by the British Columbia Teachers’ Federation on behalf of the Chilliwack Teachers’ Association.
According to the head-hunting tribunal, Neufeld had made discriminatory comments against “LGBTQ” teachers over a five-year period. Translation: he disagreed with them.
Get this, the total award amount of $750,000 is to be distributed among members as part of the suit by the Chilliwack Teachers’ Association within a six-month period.
Basically, they awarded themselves a $750,000 gift because Neufeld didn’t agree that sexually explicit posts were appropriate, and because he told the truth by saying there are only two genders.
Canadians reacting to the outrageous and clearly biased tribunal ruling have quickly expressed their concerns, especially those fighting against the most extreme aspects of LGBT activism.
Popular podcaster and online commentator Viva Frei blasted the ruling, posting on X:
“This is not fiction. It is Canada.”
“Unreal. But reality in Canada.”
Chris Elston, a child protection advocate known as BillboardChris, posted on X:
“The Tribunal has declared that all British Columbians must believe in gender identities.”
Neufeld informed Elston that he will be seeking a judicial review or appeal at the BC Supreme Court.
Elston stated that the government had orchestrated a situation to persecute Neufeld.
“It’s quasi-judicial, focused on our provincial human rights code, which is very political and obviously contains garbage like gender identity. He is appealing to the BC Supreme Court.”
Dallas Brodie, a British Columbia MLA representing the OneBC Party, criticized the ruling, stating that the Tribunal functions as a “left-wing political enforcement arm of the BC NDP government.”
“The BC Human Rights Tribunal needs to be abolished. It is merely a left-wing political enforcement arm of the BC NDP government and their activist allies.”
“They punish brave people like Mr. Neufeld for standing against gender theory being pushed by the government.”
Neufeld’s legal troubles began following a recorded Zoom meeting with Action 4 Canada in 2022, during which he referred to Bondar as a “striptease artist.” Despite being a trustee for K-12 students, Bondar has publicly posted sexually explicit content online.
Her videos include “science lessons” on animal sex with vulgar and graphic depictions of sexual fetishes.
In 2014, Bondar published a video of herself swinging nude on a wrecking ball intended to promote the concept of evolution by natural selection.
Despite the online evidence, the courts favored Bondar in the defamation lawsuit and ordered Neufeld to pay $45,000 in damages.
I pray that, in both cases, the wrong being done is exposed so everyone can see it. I also pray that in both instances; damages are awarded to those victimized by the leftist hysteria surrounding this delusional mental illness.
Aldous Huxley reminded us that the truth always matters when he wrote:
“Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored.”
Something Canadian authorities need to relearn quickly.
