Federal Court Rules Biden Can No Longer Refuse To Detain Criminal Illegal Immigrants

BATON ROUGE, LA – A federal judge from the Southern District of Texas has sided with Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry in the legal battle over release of criminal aliens.

“Judge Tipton confirmed what we have argued all along: law and order must prevail,” said Attorney General Landry. “The Biden Administration can no longer allow dangerous and violent criminal aliens to roam free in our communities.”

In April 2021, Louisiana and Texas sued the Biden Administration for its refusal to take custody of criminal aliens.
