Remember that whole COVID-19 thing? Yeah, apparently it’s not over yet.

On Friday, for the second day in a row, China reported a record number of COVID-19 infections since the latest resurgence of the virus began there in April. The numbers released last week surpassed a previous record set that month of just below 30,000 cases, which ended up in the major city of Shanghai being reintroduced to quarantine for two months. On Friday, Beijing reported more than 32,000 infections in 24 hours, up from more than 31,000 reported on Thursday.

According to various news agencies, the Chinese have resumed mandatory mass testing in the eastern city of Nanjing, and in Zhengzhou, home to the world’s largest iPhone factory, residents have been told to mask up and not leave the area, Millions of people in the major manufacturing hub of Guangzhou have been ordered not to leave their homes without a negative virus test as well. And hastily improvised quarantine centers and field hospitals have again been thrown up in gymnasiums and exhibition centers in Beijing.

Perhaps not coincidentally, Dr. Anthony Fauci admitted during a deposition on Wednesday that he modeled America’s unprecedented pandemic lockdowns and quarantines, mask mandates and social distancing absurdities, and vaccine mandates on measures enacted by the Chinese Communist Party when the virus first began making its rounds. The same type of measures the CCP is currently re-introducing.

Fauci was deposed at the National Institutes for Health in Bethesda, Md,, by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry as a result of a lawsuit (Missouri v. Biden) they filed on the issue against the Biden administration in May.

The head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Fauci said he was inspired to take such draconian measures in the U.S. after having sent his longtime deputy Clifford Lane to China in Feb., 2020, to investigate what measures were being taken to combat the disease.

Lane who came back “enthralled” by China’s strict lockdowns and other measures, then pushed the Chinese approach on Fauci, who didn’t raise a single question about the information Lane relayed, despite the communist regime’s long history of blatantly falsifying information.

From the very beginning, China’s containment claims were always rice paper-thin, but Anthony Fauci inexplicably believed them with nary a question. As a result, his ridiculous and unnecessary shutdown measures saw Americans stripped of their constitutional rights and our nation’s economy thrust into an extremely costly near-death spiral. Thankfully, he has finally been forced to admit under oath that he based his measures on inconsistent numbers and confusing claims by the Chinese Communist Party that we now know were patently false.

We as a nation cannot allow ourselves to be fooled like this again. We can NOT allow ourselves to be coerced into another ill-advised two-year panic by anyone, let alone anyone as mentally and morally deficient as the smug “Dr.” Anthony Fauci. One would like to think criminal charges will be forthcoming. But whether that happens or not, our nation can never afford another fraudster like Fauci.
