Biden Throws Open The Front And Back Doors On The Border
Most people are tired of hearing about immigration issues. The Biden administration has taken what has always been a sensitive issue and turned it into an ever-present nightmare. On a daily basis thousands of people flood the border. Most are not seeking asylum, but rather a free ride and worse yet, some are entering for strictly nefarious reasons.
While on one hand liberals defend this insanity claiming it is a human right, on the other hand they denigrate the country in every way. In other words, they hate the country, yet think everyone should be allowed to enter into it. Now think about that. Why would they welcome millions of people into a country that they despise?
The answer is they see the country as something to be used to gain power. To the elites that are above the fray, they could care less what the average American experiences on a daily basis. The border is a fuse that they have lit that will cause chaos down the road. Chaos is what they thrive on. It’s why they plant the seed of “systemic racism” that doesn’t exist. It’s why they float ridiculous ideas such as reparations, where people that never owned a slave are expected to pay people that never were slaves. It’s why they deny science and promote and encourage the moronic idea that a man can be a woman if he thinks he is and vice versa. It’s why after decades of promoting and expanding women’s sports they now want to destroy it by allowing men to compete against women.
Last week, Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin revealed documents that had been given to him by Matthew Kolken, an immigration lawyer. Kolken was dumbfounded when one of his clients, a woman from Columbia who was applying for asylum received her US Immigration papers that told her when her “check-in” date would be.
Brace yourself for this one, her check-in date as listed on an official U.S. Immigration document is in the year 2031! Essentially, Jo Biden and his cronies have not only left the front door of America wide open, but they have also left the back door open as well by circumventing the system.
Kolken told Melugin that “it’s one of the most shocking things he’s seen in his nearly 30 years of immigration law.”
Melugin added: “Kolken tells me his client is a legitimate asylum seeker with what he feels is an airtight case, but because the system is so backlogged with illegitimate asylum claims, he’s not sure they’ll ever get a chance to argue it in court with her next check in eight years into the future. It made me realize the Biden administration is basically providing backdoor amnesty for anyone who wants to show up at the border.”
Fox News also reported that the immigration court backlog in the United States has surpassed three million pending cases. This means the backlog has reached crisis levels, according to a new report. The backlog includes over 1 million cases that were added within the past 12 months.
The report, which was published by the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse at Syracuse University, found that immigration judges now face an average of 4,500 pending caseloads each. This incredible workload is preventing judges from making progress on the massive backlog of immigration cases.
The Trac report stated: “The accelerating growth in the Court’s backlog has transformed the problem into an even more daunting challenge.”
The report documented that during the July to September quarter, the backlog grew by nearly 400,000 cases, averaging over 130,000 new cases per month. The pace continued increasing in October and November to approximately 140,000 new cases per month. By comparison, in 2016 the numbers were one sixth the amount that they have reached now during the same time period.
How bad has it become? Fox News reporter Griff Jenkins posted on Twitter/X last week that:
“It’s a simple act driving an unprecedented surge at our border which Mexican journalist @CabelloAuden dubbed the “selfie factor.” Migrants cross into the US, snap a shot and send it back to those waiting to decide whether to come now.”
Biden has turned our southern border into a deadly circus. A pit stop of corruption where invaders take selfies and then send them back to other invaders so they can decide when to add to the crisis.
A true asylum seeker is a person who leaves their country of residence, enters another country and applies for asylum in that other country. In other words, seeking asylum is a process. A process that takes investigation, because not everyone that crosses that border is truly seeking asylum. Biden has allowed the process to be destroyed. There has already been irreparable damage done, how much longer can this crisis be allowed to continue unabated.
