This is the Trash Kamala Harris Keeps as Company

Kamala Harris was recently asked to name five ideal dinner guests, and one of those ideal dinner guests is a raging lunatic.

As reported by The Tennessean, based out of Nashville, Harris  lists one of her ideal dinner guests as Tennessee State Rep. Justin Jones, who is, of course, a Democrat.

As The Tennessean reported:

“Harris referenced Jones work in speaking out against gun violence as why she chose Jones as the final member of her dinner. She also talks about how Jones is from Oakland, California where Harris is from.”

The corporate media loves Jones, who fancies himself a modern-day Martin Luther King, Jr.

The Jones I know and observed up-close is an agitator and a demon spawn. He rightfully deserves to have a list of felonies added to his rap sheet.

Jones insists many times over that he engages only in peaceful protests. His pattern of behavior contradicts that claim. He has a habit of disrespecting authority and doing the exact opposite of what his superiors or law enforcement officers ask or tell him to do.

Among only a few of his infractions:

• In 2018, Justin Jones disrupted a private Marsha Blackburn for Senate rally and resisted security. His advisors at Vanderbilt Divinity School said Republican officials acted in sin by physically removing him from that event.  Jones also faced no legal consequences for disrupting that Blackburn rally. Then-Judge Dianne Turner, a Democrat in Davidson County’s General Sessions Court, dismissed Jones’ case, citing a paperwork error.

• Before he was a state legislator, Jones was banned from the Tennessee State Capitol. He threw a hot beverage at then Speaker of the House Glen Casada and State Rep. Debra Moody (R-Covington). But Nashville General Sessions Court Judge Samuel Coleman — again, a Democrat — denied a motion to ban Jones from the building.

• GOP legislators sometimes cannot dine out in peace without Jones confronting them and lecturing them about white supremacy, gun control, etc. One Republican who felt threatened, who wasn’t a state legislator but instead a capitol staff member, told me he believed Jones and his groupies followed him around town.

• At a 2020 rally to honor George Floyd at Nashville’s Legislative Plaza, Jones told a crowd of thousands that “you don’t just vote out your oppressor. You overthrow them.” Later in the day, some protestors resorted to violence. They vandalized the Metro Courthouse and, later, parts of downtown Broadway, which is a major business and entertainment thoroughfare. Metro Nashville Police later determined the protestors damaged 30 businesses and buildings.

Jones is only as brave and inflammatory as the media and legal systems will permit. And it’s a shame that Nashville’s political and media apparatuses neither expect nor demand better from him.

And it’s also a shame that this is the kind of person that Kamala Harris would choose to dine with. That speaks volumes about her judgement.
