Death Becomes Her, Colorado Politician Preaches Abortion To Cut Costs

“There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call ‘The Twilight Zone.’”

I didn’t hear the beginning of Julie McCluskie’s press conference, but based on the ghoulish nature of her attitude and her hateful words, Rod Serling could very well have introduced her.

McCluskie is the Democratic representative who serves as Speaker of the House in Colorado. McCluskie, when she wasn’t pulling the wings off of flies or haunting houses, gleefully co-sponsored a bill that would require “abortion care services” to be covered by Medicaid, Child Health Plan Plus program participants, and public employee insurance plans.

With absolutely no trace of Human emotion, this succubus went on and on about how much money the state could save if women chose to have abortions instead of giving birth. She boiled the complexities of pregnancy and life down to a price tag, ultimately concluding that it would be better for those children to die because it was cheaper.

She even came up with a few new phrases to dance around the word abortion, referring to them as averted births or births that did not occur. Telling her colleagues:

“That savings comes from the averted births that will not occur, because abortions happened instead. A birth is more expensive than an abortion, so the savings comes in Medicaid births that will not occur.”

The matter-of-fact manner in which this radical leftist distills human life down to nickels and dimes is heinous. How this woman (and I use the term very loosely) was ever elected is shocking to me. She sees no value in human life but rejoices in the money saved by every human death.

“This bill will actually decrease costs for our Healthcare Policy and Financing Department, our Medicaid expenditures in both this year and out years, as the savings from averted births outweigh the cost of covering reproductive health care for all Coloradans.”

She briefly brushed over the fact that the abortion “care” will cost the state $1.5 million, but she quickly added, “It’s important to remember that, ultimately, the state will see cost savings.” She then coldly concluded by expressing that it was “truly an honor” to be a co-sponsor of the bill.

I have heard and seen heartless leftists speak on dystopian measures before, but the calculated and robotic manner in which this devil of death spoke about murdering babies was dehumanizing.

There are more methods of birth control available to women in this day and age than ever before. Let’s call abortions what they are. They are certainly not “averted births,” nor are they “births that will not occur.” An abortion is MURDER, and for anyone to think of it differently is simply lying to themselves.

McCluskie and everyone else who promotes the taking of innocent lives need to be reminded that they can only spew their lies and hatred because they avoided the fate they wish for so many unborn children.

Human lives are not spreadsheet items, and despite McCluskie’s malicious and cruel words to the contrary, there is NO price that can be placed on a human life. My son’s life was taken unnecessarily last year by a drunken driver, and there is no amount of money I wouldn’t give to have him back.

McCluskie doesn’t deserve the position she holds. She’s a vessel of hate that is poisoning the minds of young women in Colorado. Think of the money the state could save by not paying her salary.

Now that’s an “averted politician.” And an “election that will not occur” that will benefit “all Coloradans.”
