Republicans Need to a Better Job of Countering the Nasty Tactics and Disinformation of the Left

The left can’t govern or even work with President Trump and Republicans right now on a single issue. While the President won the popular vote and an electoral landside, most Democrats won’t even work with conservatives on the most common sense challenges such as budget reform and cleaning up corruption. The country has already been through 12 years of failed leftist policies under Biden and Obama, the Democrats had a chance to run the nation, and these leaders failed.

What the left is good at is creating chaos and agitating, this has been true for years. These radicals have been organizing protests and engaging in systematic violence for decades, as was seen more recently during the Black Lives Matter led riots and the attacks on Tesla dealerships throughout the country. The left is also good at putting out misinformation, these extremists went to enormous lengths to push absurd and delusional conspiracy theories about the fake Russian hoax. Republicans need to respond better.

Trump has been one of the most successful President’s in US history going back to his first term that started in 2016. The 47th President has secured the border, reformed the nation’s tax code, made the country energy independent before Covid-19 hit, renegotiated failed trade agreements such as NAFTA, and also led efforts to secure peace worldwide such as the Abraham Accords. Trump’s policies have been and continue to be successful, but the Republicans still are not getting these individuals’ message out enough.

The latest tactic by nasty left-wing leaders in America has been to infiltrate Republican town hall meetings mostly held by Representatives with paid agitators and individuals who simply disrupt these events and then ask misleading and loaded questions. The polls are clear, the country approves of the work Trump is doing and supports his policies. While, obviously, elected leaders should take questions, these town halls are being coopted by organized and likely paid agitators.

Republicans need to ramp up the messaging of the party. Musk should hold weekly press conferences discussing his latest findings and talking about the waste, fraud, and abuse, his team is uncovering. The President and his team also need to do a better job of explaining why these important and necessary cuts to departments in areas such as education won’t disrupt funding or the payment of student loans. The Department of Education has been a total failure, reading scores across America’s public schools are at completely unacceptable levels. Republicans need to point that out and talk about why returning education to the states is the right policy, which this action is.

The Republican party is also missing out on opportunities to explain why cutting this fraud will not only save money for taxpayers, but also strengthen the very important social programs such as Social Security and Medicare which the left is lying about and saying conservatives want to cut. Trump and his team should be out front explaining how important his actions are to preserve necessary government functions. Republicans need to stop simply reacting to the lies of the left, and get in front of these issues. The arrest of the individuals engaged in violence against Musk and his Tesla operations should also have been highlighted as an important effort to restore law and order in a country where crime has been out of control under failed left-wing leaders.

The main reason why the party out of power usually does very well in the mid-term elections after the presidential race is because of motivation. When parties lose power, they usually ramp up efforts to organize and win elections, and those who win often get complacent. While Trump and his team are doing a great job as usual at running the country, the Republican party needs to do a better job on messaging. If people show up at town halls just to yell and disrupt the these events, those individuals should be removed. Trump is accomplishing critically important policy goals for the American people on a number of issues. If the Democrats don’t want to work with the President on even common sense issues, Republicans need to do a better job of discussing what the party is doing and how pathetic these left-wing leaders have become.
