Forrest Frank & the Child of God tour: Making America Christian Again
Over the past few weeks, I’ve written a series of articles here on RVIVR about the Pew Research Center‘s recently published Religious Landscape Survey. As I discussed in both of my articles, this survey demonstarted a concerning trend in the United States—the continued decline of Christian identification in America’s youth.
Despite fewer young Americans identifying as Christian in America, there is an interesting trend that I have personally discovered over the past year. To the surprise of some, there is a burgeoning movement of young Christian singers in the United States. In fact, Christian/Gospel music was one of the fastest growing music genres within America in 2024.
One of the leading singers in the Christian music sphere is a thirty year-old Texas native named Forrest Frank.
For those who don’t know, Forrest Frank is an up-and-coming Christian singer with a large social media following. Currently, Forrest Frank holds more than 4.5 million followers and tens of millions of views combined on his social media accounts (primarily Instagram and Tik Tok).
What’s more, Forrest Frank’s music has achieved significant success on the billboards and streaming services over the past few years. As of this writing, he currently maintains a large audience on the music streaming service Spotify—with over 6.5 million monthly listeners. In addition, several of Forrest Frank’s top songs on Spotify have been streamed tens of millions of times. For instance, the songs No Longer Bound, Good Day, and UP! have garnered over 80 million streams on Spotify.
Forrest Frank’s recent popularity culminated in the release of his landmark album Child of God in July 2024. This hour-long album received a 2025 Grammy nomination for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album in 2024 and spent over a dozen weeks as on the Number 1 Christian Album on the Billboard charts.
The release of this album coincided with Forrest Frank’s Child of God music tour in the summer of 2024. This sold-out concert tour visited an assortment of major cities in over a dozen states from July 2024 to September 2024.
Fortunately for his fans, Forrest Frank stayed busy for the final few months of 2024. In November 2024, Frank released a deluxe version of his Child of God album in November 2024 and then shortly after announced the Child of God Tour – Part 2 for the spring of 2025.
On a personal note, I have tickets to one of Forrest Frank’s upcoming shows for his Child of God tour. So, I am grateful for the opportunity to see a talented Christian singer like Forrest Frank in a live setting.
If you want to learn more about Forrest Frank’s current tour, then you can check out his website here. Additionally, you can find his music on Spotify and YouTube—besides his personal social media accounts on Tik Tok and Instagram.
My hope and prayer is that God uses Christian singers like Forrest Frank to bring our nation back to Christ. Let’s pray that the Child of God tour can play a role in “making America godly again”.
In closing, here are a few of my favorite Forrest Frank songs:
–Good Day
–No Longer Bound
-Your Way’s Better
