Trump Sends B-2s to Bomb Iran and Delivers a Strong Message to the World
Over the course of the past couple months, we’ve seen leftists hang a new label on President Trump:
TACO. Trump Always Chickens Out.
In light of the emerging news of the successful B2 strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities, none of these posts on X aged well.
Trump Bombs Iran
In a bold display of precision and strategic reach, U.S. B‑2 Spirit stealth bombers, launched from Whiteman Air Force Base, conducted coordinated strikes on Iran’s most critical nuclear sites. The targets included the Fordow Fuel Enrichment Plant, the Natanz Nuclear Facility, and the Isfahan Nuclear Technology and Research Center. These are the primary sites known for their deep underground fortifications and heavy defenses. The B‑2 was chosen for this mission because of its capacity to deliver the GBU‑57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator, a 30,000-pound bunker-busting bomb specifically designed to reach hardened, subterranean targets.
U.S. military sources emphasized that the strikes were designed to severely degrade Iran’s nuclear enrichment capabilities, specifically targeting infrastructure critical to potential weapons development. The decision to employ B‑2s and the GBU‑57 was a calculated effort to deliver a powerful blow without resorting to nuclear options, demonstrating that the United States retains non-nuclear means to address deeply buried threats.
Iran Gave Trump no Choice
The strikes came after years of escalating tension and a two-week U.S. ultimatum for Iran to cease its accelerated nuclear enrichment activities. When those warnings went unheeded, the President authorized the mission, framing it as a necessary step to prevent Iran from reaching a nuclear “breakout” threshold.
Iran made it clear that it would not negotiate with the U.S. over its nuclear ambitions as long as it was still under attack by Israel, but in reality, Iran was only weeks away from enriching uranium to 90%, the threshold for developing a nuclear weapon.
The intransigence and arrogance of the Ayatollah and the government of Iran was frustrating. They appeared to employ a strategy comprised of long and unproductive negotiations, constantly changing their positions, and making outrageous threats.
Finally, the president lost his patience.
Going Forward
The B2s dispatch to Iran sent a strong message to the Ayatollah, but make no mistake, the rest of the world got the memo. President Trump is a deliberative man who wants to coexist with the rest of the world, but if he perceives that his counterpart is looking to take advantage of America, he will not hesitate to respond with leverage and force.
It’s impossible to know what path this crisis takes from here. One thing is certain: woke leftists will attempt to undermine the president and ferment as much dissent as possible, which may provide the Ayatollah with motivation to continue resisting a peace deal.
Yet, no matter what the Iranian government decides to do, the missive has been sent to the rest of the world, especially Putin and Xi. If Donald Trump decides you are playing the game unfairly, whether it’s in trade, currency, hegemony, or militarily, he will strike back, and he will hurt you badly.
These are the skills he honed over a lifetime of making world changing business deals. The man understands when it’s time to negotiate and when it’s time to close the briefcase and end the meeting.
I swear, a qualification for president should include a requirement that the candidate ran a company with annual sales of at least 100 million for no less than a decade. That would eliminate all lawyers and community organizers from consideration.
Iron forges iron.
God speed President Trump.
