This Is Another Wiener That Needs To Be Skewered And Burned
There are many negative adjectives that could be used to describe Scott Wiener. Two that I think fit him perfectly are “depraved” and “sinister.โ
California elected this Democratic scumbag to the California State Senate, and since then, he has continued his deviant pursuits by pleasuring himself through legislation that fosters child mutilation.
In January 2019, Wiener introduced a bill that he claimed would stop โdiscrimination against LGBTQ young people on the sex offender registry.โ
That was a lie.
All this bill did was to relax sex offender registry requirements for sodomy and other acts with minors. According to the text of the legislation, the bill:
โWould exempt from mandatory registration under the act a person convicted of certain offenses involving minors if the person is not more than 10 years older than the minor and if that offense is the only one requiring the person to register.โ
Under the new bill, adults less than 10 years older than the minor who are convicted of having anal or oral sex with that minor would not automatically be added to the sex-offender registry.
Previously, California law required that adults must register as sex offenders if they are convicted of having anal or oral sex with a minor, though a judge may decide whether to place an adult male not more than 10 years older than the minor on the registry if he has vaginal intercourse with a teenage girl.
In 2021, the state senator expressed pride in a law that allows transgender men to be housed in women’s prisons and criminalizes feminists who oppose this legislation.
Wiener has proposed several pieces of legislation aimed at allowing children to receive sex changes and puberty blockers. In July 2022, he introduced a bill that would prevent courts in other states from revoking custody from parents who seek hormonal treatments and sex change procedures for their children.
In January of this year, the degenerate Senator introduced Senate Bill 934, which would allow patients to seek legal compensation from any medical provider attempting to change a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity. The hearing on this legislation took place just one week after the Supreme Court ruled 8-1 that Colorado’s ban on so-called “conversion therapy” violates an individual’s right to free speech.
At the hearing, Wiener was unmoved by the testimony of Jonni Skinner, a gay man who described the nightmare he lived through during the transgender procedures and how it all could have been avoided with proper counseling.
โSB 934 guarantees that more people will end up like me, the walking but wounded. I couldโve been spared all of this if any of my therapists wouldโve explored why I felt dysphoric, but they never did. They only led me to hate my body more. The Supreme Court ruled in a rare, bipartisan decision that laws like this are unconstitutional viewpoint discrimination, this bill is an attempted workaround that will be used to silence therapists who couldโve helped me avoid the irreversible harms to my body and the loss of my sexual function, as is the same for many others. So today, I ask you to extend some sympathy to survivors like me and vote no for this bill.โ
The California Family Council said this about the bill:
SB 934. This bill represents a significant and troubling expansion of government overreach into the deeply personal and constitutionally protected space of counseling, speech, and individual conscience.
SB 934 would make it far easier to sue licensed mental health providers yearsโeven decadesโafter counseling has taken place, based on later claims of โpsychological injury or illnessโ tied to sexual orientation or gender identity change efforts. For minors, lawsuits could be brought up to 22 years after reaching adulthood. For adults, claims could be filed up to 10 years after counseling, with an additional five-year โdiscoveryโ window based on when an individual believes harm was realized.
This extraordinary expansion of liability creates profound uncertainty for counselors and will inevitably have a chilling effect on the entire profession. Few practitioners will be willing to provide care in an environment where they may face litigation decades after the fact.
Moreover, SB 934 defines prohibited counseling in sweeping and vague terms. It applies to any effort to guide a client toward a โpredetermined sexual orientation or gender identity outcome.โ This includes helping individuals who voluntarily seek counseling to live in alignment with their faith, pursue opposite-sex relationships, strengthen their marriages, or accept their biological sex. In doing so, the bill does not target coercion or abuseโwhich are already illegalโbut instead targets consensual, client-directed conversations grounded in personal values and religious beliefs.
Equally concerning is the billโs expansive and subjective definition of โharm.โ SB 934 lists a wide range of experiences, such as depression, guilt, shame, stress, anger, social withdrawal, loss of faith, family alienation, and even a sense of wasted time. While these struggles are real and deserve compassion, they are also common human experiences with complex and often unrelated causes. Under this bill, nearly any form of emotional distress could later be attributed to counseling, regardless of other contributing factors.
As with everything Wiener touches, this bill does nothing but hurt innocents. Earlier this week, it passed the state Senate Judiciary Committee, but has not yet been signed into law by โSlick Willie Newsom.โ
Based on his past decisions, Newsom, who canโt see the forest for the trees because of his radical wokeness, will probably sign this atrocity into law. If California continues to vote Democrats into office, this spiral into oblivion will continue.
In October, Wiener announced his candidacy to replace former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who is set to retire in 2027. That is exactly the type of “into the fire” frying-pan scenario that California usually fails at.
Stop the descent into hell, California, flush people like Wiener out of the political system.
