Whacko Liberal Judge Grovels To WHCD Assassin
Let’s review.
liberalism/wokeism does not represent fairness. It’s a bizarre delusion that Democrats and leftists inject into situations when it suits them. It’s a dangerous psychosis that has infiltrated many aspects of everyday life, and unfortunately, when this mental illness acquires a platform of power, it can become even more treacherous.
The judicial system has become increasingly woke. Liberal judges, in far too many cases, have installed revolving doors on the criminal justice system. Perpetrators, many of them violent, with long histories of serious criminal activity, are routinely returned to the streets where they are free to terrorize law-abiding citizens.
On January 6, 2021, in what liberals call an “insurrection,” the left, inflamed with TDS, made a mockery of the judicial system by arresting and imprisoning people who were essentially guilty of either nothing at all or very minor offenses. If you listen to Democrats or the MSM, you would think there was this horrible bloody battle in which dozens were killed, when in reality, only one person died that day, and that was Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed 35-year-old woman who was shot by an overzealous U.S. Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd.
Those arrested for the January 6th event were held in solitary confinement for 22 to 23 hours a day. They suffered physical abuse, were forced to denounce Trump, and were told that their views resembled those of cult members.
At that time, former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Republican from Georgia, reported that:
“They have been beaten by the guards. They are called white supremacists. They are denied religious services, haircuts, shaving, the ability to trim their fingernails.”
Matthew Perna, a 36-year-old man from Pennsylvania, tragically died by suicide. He had no prior criminal record and pleaded guilty in December 2021 to charges related to the incursion.
Perna, who was initially charged with misdemeanors, later faced federal obstruction charges. He pleaded guilty, anticipating a sentence of six to twelve months in a federal prison camp. However, a ridiculous “terrorism” enhancement was scheduled to be added during his sentencing, which could have resulted in a significantly longer prison term.
Devastated by the thought of unjustly going to prison for years, Perna hung himself in his garage.
Gage the treatment of those arrested because of the over-inflated January 6th incident, with the behavior of a liberal reactionary judge over the conditions that the WHCD shooter Cole Allen was exposed to for just one week.
Allen, a resident of California, rushed through a security checkpoint armed with a shotgun, a handgun, and knives during a dinner on April 26, which was attended by the president and top administration officials. He faces multiple charges, including attempting to assassinate President Trump.
During the hearing on Monday, Judge Zia M. Faruqui criticized the Department of Corrections (DOC) for its treatment of Allen. Faruqui noted that he has handled numerous cases involving defendants who participated in the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, and he found Allen’s allegations of mistreatment—including being fully restrained with a five-point shackling system—to be more severe than the treatment of those other defendants.
Taking a shot at President Trump, Faruqui said during the hearing, “Pardons may erase convictions, but they do not erase history.”
“He’s been treated differently than anyone I’ve ever observed.”
Will someone please inform this moron that this guy attempted to kill the president and as many others as possible. This isn’t someone standing with their hands in their pockets that happened to be two feet inside the Capitol just looking around, who was arrested weeks later because their feet crossed some imaginary line.
Disgustingly, Faruqui concluded Monday’s hearing by personally apologizing to Allen and ordering the jail to inform him when a housing decision had been made.
“What am I to say to Allen that this is going to be a fair process if we’re putting him in a safe cell when he’s not supposed to be in there? At a minimum, I should be apologizing to him. We are obligated to make sure he’s taken care of. Mr. Allen, I’m sorry that things have not been the way they are supposed to.”
Following the hearing, DC US Attorney Jeanine Pirro posted on X concerning the judge’s comments.
“Welcome to Washington, DC, where U.S. Magistrate Judge Faruqui believes a defendant armed to the teeth and attempting to assassinate the president is entitled to preferential treatment in his confinement compared to every other defendant.”
Faruqui has shamelessly once again demonstrated that Democrats could care less about fairness. What they want is to distribute favoritism as they see fit, even if it’s to a person with murder on his mind.
Democrats instigate violence at every turn, then act surprised when it happens. Faruqui is contributing to the ongoing violence by making it appear that even attempted assassins, especially when their target is President Trump, are welcome under their protective wing.
