The One Rule The Right Must Follow Every Election

Always vote. If you donโ€™t vote then you canโ€™t complain.

There were many times when I lived in large liberal cities where I had to pick between two liberal Democrats for mayor. I always picked the more conservative โ€” or the less insane โ€” of the two. And if both Democrats are mutually insane then I do write-in candidates: Charlie Kirk or Rush Limbaugh. One time I wrote in Thomas Sowell.

In general, though, always vote for the least dangerous alternative.

This year, I see the corporate media doing everything it can to depress and demoralize Republicans into giving up and staying home and not voting. Theyโ€™re citing polls that oversample Democrats. Many Republicans wonโ€™t participate in these polls because they believe pollsters are rigged against themโ€ฆ.and they are.

Corporate media tends to attract people who are not so much seekers of objective truth as much as they are liberal activists who masquerade as seekers of objective truth and have nothing but intense hatred for people on the right. Theyโ€™re already putting out news articles suggesting that MAGA voters are a sorry and misguided bunch of people who should and will be judged harshly by future historians. Theyโ€™re intentionally trying to make social pariahs out of us.

MAGA voters, however, have absolutely nothing to apologize for and are honest, noble and hard-working people. To hell with any media that says otherwise.

And now we pivot to the people we elected to represent us.

Republicans in Congress are shiftless and worthless and wonโ€™t do what their own voters want them to do. But if Democrats win itโ€™ll be a million times worseโ€ฆ.and you know it but youโ€™re going to stay home anyway. And Trump has made some blunders, but Trump on his worst day is still better than Barack Obama or Joe Biden or Bill Clinton or someone like them on their best days.

And donโ€™t fall for the argument that you should vote for the person and not the party. People who say that have no core belief systems or principles. Even if youโ€™re voting for a Democratic congressional candidate you personally like then that person is just gonna go to D.C. and vote lock, stock and barrel with all of the other insane Democrats. And if he or she doesnโ€™t then he or she wonโ€™t get any sought-after committee assignments or reelection money.

Youโ€™re always voting more for a party than you are a person, even if you donโ€™t realize it.

Again, when you vote, pick the least dangerous candidate. And the least dangerous candidate is the Republican.

And, also again, if you donโ€™t vote then you have no right to complain.

Vote.
