Nevada Volleyball Team Spikes San Jose State’s Perversion

Over the last few months, the San Jose State volleyball team has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. Brayden Fleming, a biological male who now calls himself Blaire, is the reason for the chaos. As the season has moved on, teams are realizing they are putting themselves in harm’s way by allowing the women on their teams to face off against a man. This has resulted in four opposing programs forfeiting their matches against the Spartans amid the ongoing controversy. Southern Utah, Boise State, Wyoming, and Utah State officially told San Jose State, thanks, but no thanks, the risk isn’t worth it.

Now, a fifth team has decided they want no part of this charade either, and because of that decision, the University of Nevada has found itself at the center of a national debate on transgender inclusion in women’s sports. The match that was previously going to be played on Nevada’s home campus will now be played or not at San Jose’s Yosh Uchida Hall.

Fox News Digital obtained a joint statement from San Jose State and Nevada’s spokespeople. The statement read:

“The Mountain West Conference women’s volleyball match between Nevada and San José State University scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 26, has been moved from Reno, Nevada, to San José, California. The decision to move the match’s location has been made in the best interest of both programs and the well-being of the student-athletes, coaches, athletic staff, and spectators. The decision has been made with the approval of the Mountain West Conference.”

The move is based on the fact that the Nevada players have expressed their desire not to play the match to everyone, both privately to their athletic director and publicly to the press. However, the university officials are not on board with the players and still insist that the match be played, citing Nevada state law. That said,

by moving the site of the match to the San Jose State campus, the Spartan players wouldn’t have to make the trip to Nevada to secure the forfeit victory. So, by making this change, San Jose State will claim a forfeited victory if no Nevada players choose to play without leaving their home state.

San Jose State was scheduled to travel to Reno later this week to play the Wolf Pack, but there was no guarantee that any Nevada players would take the court. A University of Nevada spokesperson told Fox News Digital its players will not be disciplined for refusing to compete in the upcoming match.

“The university made the decision not to declare a forfeiture and move forward with hosting the match as scheduled based on several factors. As a public university, the university is legally prohibited by Section 24 of the Nevada Constitution and other laws and regulations to declare a forfeit for reasons related to gender identity or expression,” a Nevada spokesperson said.

The Nevada state constitution was revised in 2022 when Nevada voted to adopt the Equal Rights Amendment. This amendment added gender identity to the list of protections. Nevada state Sen. Pat Spearman, a Democrat from North Las Vegas who co-sponsored the bill to get it on the ballot, stated that the law has helped transgender people maintain their identity.

The San Jose State women’s volleyball team has faced security concerns and threats, making match travel risky. Following news of an opponent forfeiting a match in September, the team confirmed to Fox News Digital that they were assigned police protection. At that time, Southern Utah announced they would not play against the Spartans.

In another twist to this story, one of Fleming’s own teammates is against his involvement with the team. San Jose State player Brooke Slusser has joined a lawsuit led by OutKick host and former collegiate swimmer Riley Gaines against the NCAA due to its policies on gender identity. Slusser claims that she has had to share a court, locker room, and even a room on overnight trips with Fleming without ever being told that Fleming was a biological male.

Slusser confided to Fox News Digital that because of her stance on the issue, she had received threats against her.

“One of my teammates got a DM, basically saying that she, and then my team, needed to keep their distance from me on gameday against Colorado State because it wasn’t going to be a good situation for me to be in and that my team needed to keep their distance. They needed to keep their distance from me during the game because something was going to happen to me. This was the first physical threat when we could easily see that they wanted to physically harm one of us.”

All this chaos is because a man wants to play dress up as a woman, and no one has the guts to tell him no. Women join a team because they love the sport but are forced to forfeit games because they fear injury. Even one of his teammates is suing the NCAA because she knows it’s wrong. Not to mention, the team now needs police protection because of his presence.

This is how far we have fallen as a society. Everyone knows that men and women are different, and everyone knows that it is physically impossible for one to become the other. Yet, because of the left’s delusions, this nonsense is allowed to exist. Even worse, anyone who speaks up with the truth is condemned as transphobic.

The author David Stevens said, “A lie is a lie even if everyone believes it. The truth is the truth even if nobody believes it.”

The truth in this case is that San Jose State has a man playing on a woman’s team, and by obliging his sickness, real women are suffering. Knowing that there are people who accept that is simply unbelievable.
