Yes, folks, Three Dog Night said it well, but MSNBC’s new president, Rebecca Kutler, said it better. Joy Reid’s show “ReidOut” has been canceled in a shakeup at the flailing network. The Trump-hating radical liberal had seen her own and the entire network’s ratings plummet. According to the New York Times, her final show will take place sometime this coming week.

According to the Times, weeknight anchor Alex Wagner was also removed from her position as part of the shakeup.

This is believed to be only the beginning, with more programming changes forthcoming. So far, nothing the network has tried could stop the bleeding. Various commentators, from Jake Tapper to Joy Reid, could not halt the decline. Similarly, MSNBC’s decision to bring Rachel Maddow back to viewers five times a week, at least for the first 100 days of the new administration, also did not make a significant impact.

MSNBC struggled with viewership, attracting just 45,000 viewers during the day and only 63,000 during peak nighttime hours. The ratings for the Rachel Maddow experiment are also failing. The situation is even more concerning in terms of percentages: MSNBC has lost nearly half of its 25-54 demographic audience compared to this time last year, continuing a downward trend of 65 percent since the election.

Since 2024, the network’s primetime ratings have declined by 41 percent, while daytime programming has experienced the same percentage drop.

Ratings are not the only problem. NBCUniversal has agreed to settle a $30 million defamation lawsuit filed by a gynecologist from Georgia after on-air personalities, including Rachel Maddow, incorrectly referred to him as a “uterus collector.”

Dr. Mahendra Amin filed the lawsuit in September 2021 after MSNBC hosts, including Maddow, reported allegations that he performed “mass hysterectomies” on detainees at an ICE center without any consequences. These allegations were later determined to be false.

Liberal hosts such as Reid, “Mad-Cow,” Tapper, and others are increasingly being identified as arrogant whiners who have a difficult time telling the truth. They were wrong on every Trump conspiracy theory; they lied to Americans about Biden’s cognitive decline, and they even tried to convince us that the rising cost of everything was just our imagination.

The American people are fed up with the left’s divisive tactics. They no longer report the truth. Instead, they dutifully follow a radical agenda that diminishes our values and tears at the very soul of Western society. They are bottomless pits of hatred, and we should all be thankful that one of the most vile mouthpieces will soon be silenced.
